carp_v at_o any_o thing_n that_o may_v agree_v with_o sound_a doctrine_n though_o he_o have_v carp_v at_o many_o thing_n that_o be_v sound_a and_o now_o do_v he_o not_o deserve_v to_o be_v try_v by_o his_o own_o rule_n and_o ask_v where_o he_o prove_v that_o he_o be_v justify_v by_o the_o shed_n of_o the_o blood_n that_o be_v let_v out_o by_o the_o spear_n in_o so_o many_o word_n and_o where_o offspring_n he_o can_v not_o save_v man_n for_o god_n be_v the_o offend_v and_o man_n the_o offender_n and_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o the_o offend_v to_o acquit_v and_o clear_v the_o guilty_a and_o to_o discharge_v the_o debt_n and_o to_o embrace_v the_o offender_n for_o no_o man_n out_o of_o christ_n can_v see_v god_n face_n and_o live_v answ._n here_o it_o appear_v what_o he_o mean_v by_o save_a man_n and_o clear_v the_o guilty_a only_o a_o pacify_v of_o god_n and_o a_o acquit_v man_n from_o the_o penalty_n as_o he_o imagine_v which_o as_o he_o say_v god_n can_v not_o do_v but_o something_o that_o be_v not_o god_n but_o the_o offspring_n of_o man_n as_o he_o say_v so_o by_o this_o he_o do_v not_o mean_a salvation_n to_o be_v a_o work_n wrought_v in_o man_n as_o a_o save_n and_o deliver_v from_o sin_n or_o the_o offence_n within_o but_o a_o satisfaction_n make_v to_o god_n that_o he_o may_v embrace_v the_o offender_n and_o yet_o he_o must_v be_v in_o christ_n that_o see_v god_n face_n what_o gross_a contradiction_n be_v this_o and_o what_o falsehood_n &_o blasphemy_n be_v it_o to_o say_v god_n can_v not_o save_v or_o that_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o he_o to_o discharge_v the_o debt_n where_o first_o observe_v that_o if_o salvation_n consist_v in_o pacify_v or_o satisfy_v god_n without_o any_o inward_a work_n wrought_v by_o he_o in_o man_n which_o be_v a_o gross_a error_n so_o to_o say_v this_o be_v all_o one_o to_o say_v god_n can_v please_v himself_o but_o some_o other_o must_v do_v it_o and_o this_o be_v to_o deny_v that_o god_n have_v infinite_a love_n good_a will_n and_o favour_n in_o himself_o as_o the_o real_a cause_n of_o his_o send_v his_o son_n into_o the_o world_n and_o then_o i_o ask_v who_o be_v he_o that_o satisfy_v and_o appease_v
