by_o thy_o preach_n and_o printing_n do_v make_v a_o great_a sound_n and_o noise_n to_o deceive_v the_o heart_n and_o to_o amaze_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o simple_a for_o thou_o speak_v of_o great_a thing_n yet_o be_v but_o like_o a_o sound_a brass_n and_o tinkle_a symbal_n thou_o call_v upon_o all_o to_o wait_v in_o silence_n to_o stand_v still_o to_o cease_v from_o all_o outward_a and_o scripture-teaching_a and_o from_o scripture_n ordinance_n as_o from_o baptism_n lay_v on_o of_o hand_n and_o break_v of_o bread_n etc._n etc._n from_o preach_v pray_v and_o hear_v the_o word_n call_v they_o that_o to_o believe_v in_o a_o christ_n out_o of_o themselves_o be_v carnal_a and_o life-less_a also_o and_o that_o their_o saviour_n be_v within_o they_o upon_o who_o they_o must_v wait_v in_o silence_n even_o thus_o thou_o teach_v they_o that_o follow_v thou_o whole_o against_o believe_v in_o the_o true_a christ_n who_o die_v in_o his_o own_o body_n that_o by_o that_o one_o sacrifice_n of_o himself_o out_o of_o every_o other_o man_n he_o may_v reconcile_v the_o world_n of_o mankind_n to_o himself_o without_o themselves_o or_o any_o righteousness_n do_v by_o they_o the_o believe_v into_o the_o pit_n which_o thou_o have_v dig_v for_o other_o thou_o be_v fall_v thyself_o the_o snare_n which_o you_o have_v spread_v for_o other_o have_v catch_v yourselves_o by_o the_o heel_n infalliable_a teacher_n two_o other_o ground_n to_o prove_v the_o former_a conclusion_n the_o first_o take_v from_o the_o light_n which_o be_v in_o the_o scripture_n the_o latter_a from_o the_o powerful_a operation_n of_o the_o doctrine_n thereof_o upon_o the_o heart_n of_o believer_n sect._n 1_o but_o if_o the_o preacher_n up_o of_o the_o so_o call_v light_n within_o be_v able_a to_o justify_v their_o way_n and_o practice_n by_o the_o scripture_n it_o be_v likely_a they_o will_v endeavour_v so_o to_o do_v but_o be_v unable_a thereby_o to_o carry_v on_o their_o design_n they_o endeavour_v by_o such_o like_a argument_n as_o be_v use_v by_o the_o popish_a synagogue_n to_o justify_v themselves_o as_o we_o have_v hear_v and_o that_o they_o may_v proceed_v with_o the_o great_a security_n they_o deny_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o scripture_n of_o the_o old_a and_o new_a testament_n common_o call_v the_o bible_n to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n for_o the_o discovery_n therefore_o of_o their_o wickedness_n herein_o and_o for_o the_o vindicate_a the_o bless_a doctrine_n of_o salvation_n contain_v in_o the_o scripture_n that_o which_o here_o follow_v be_v intend_v to_o conclude_v this_o work_n for_o first_o that_o thou_o that_o preach_v up_o the_o so_o call_v light_n within_o etc._n etc._n do_v deny_v the_o doctrine_n which_o be_v contain_v in_o that_o book_n call_v the_o bible_n to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n appear_v by_o thy_o reproachful_a language_n concern_v it_o yea_o in_o word_n at_o length_n you_o do_v familliar_o deny_v it_o to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n one_o of_o you_o lay_v that_o bible_n upon_o the_o ground_n and_o set_v his_o foot_n upon_o it_o say_v if_o this_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n why_o do_v it_o not_o stir_v and_o speak_v thus_o you_o delight_v to_o abuse_v the_o scripture_n and_o because_o you_o can_v so_o do_v therefore_o you_o conclude_v they_o be_v not_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o be_v lift_v up_o with_o pride_n and_o fill_v with_o rage_n against_o the_o word_n of_o god_n express_v in_o the_o scripture_n of_o truth_n you_o call_v all_o such_o carnal_a as_o give_v they_o that_o title_n give_v this_o powerful_a which_o be_v true_a but_o the_o scripture_n be_v a_o dead_a letter_n which_o be_v false_a thus_o you_o fume_v out_o disdain_n against_o the_o scripture_n and_o against_o those_o that_o acknowledge_v they_o to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o a_o word_n of_o power_n to_o they_o which_o do_v believe_v but_o second_o that_o i_o may_v make_v thy_o ignorance_n with_o thy_o enmity_n unto_o the_o scripture_n manifest_a i_o shall_v undertake_v by_o divine_a assistance_n to_o prove_v they_o to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o a_o infallible_a teacher_n to_o they_o which_o do_v believe_v for_o although_o the_o scripture_n do_v say_v that_o christ_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n yet_o it_o do_v also_o affirm_v that_o his_o commandment_n contain_v in_o the_o scripture_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o as_o i_o do_v never_o deny_v the_o former_a since_o i_o be_v instruct_v in_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o scripture_n so_o i_o do_v affirm_v that_o whosoever_o do_v own_o the_o scripture_n to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n do_v not_o deny_v that_o christ_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n neither_o can_v such_o a_o thing_n be_v lay_v to_o their_o charge_n without_o do_v great_a injury_n to_o they_o but_o i_o say_v as_o it_o be_v true_a that_o christ_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n as_o the_o scripture_n say_v revel_v 19_o 13._o so_o it_o be_v as_o true_a that_o the_o of_o righteousness_n aught_o to_o be_v observe_v by_o the_o son_n of_o man_n which_o the_o scripture_n of_o the_o old_a and_o new_a testament_n do_v not_o make_v mention_n of_o fair_o discover_v and_o full_o comprehend_v therefore_o the_o scripture_n be_v a_o infallible_a teacher_n of_o the_o doctrine_n of_o salvation_n 2._o because_o there_o be_v no_o man_n nor_o spirit_n or_o light_n within_o
