and_o glorious_a as_o that_o it_o be_v the_o very_a subject_a matter_n of_o the_o gospel_n grace_n and_o mercy_n be_v as_o essential_o in_o god_n as_o holiness_n and_o therefore_o we_o must_v take_v heed_n of_o frame_v such_o notion_n of_o his_o holiness_n as_o to_o leave_v no_o place_n for_o the_o exercise_n of_o his_o grace_n and_o mercy_n god_n no_o doubt_n be_v at_o liberty_n to_o recede_v from_o his_o own_o right_n as_o well_o as_o man_n be_v in_o remit_v debt_n and_o pardon_v offence_n to_o what_o degree_n and_o upon_o what_o term_n he_o please_v only_o he_o as_o rector_n of_o the_o world_n have_v respect_n therein_o unto_o good_a order_n and_o government_n suppose_v all_o this_o we_o must_v suppose_v again_o that_o such_o act_n of_o grace_n and_o favour_n towards_o offend_a sinner_n as_o do_v not_o in_o the_o least_o encourage_v they_o to_o continue_v in_o sin_n nor_o any_o other_o creature_n in_o the_o whole_a creation_n that_o be_v innocent_a to_o fall_v into_o a_o state_n of_o like_a rebellion_n as_o man_n have_v do_v but_o be_v of_o a_o quite_o contrary_a tendency_n will_v very_o well_o consist_v with_o the_o end_n of_o his_o government_n as_o he_o be_v rector_n of_o the_o world_n and_o with_o the_o righteousness_n and_o justice_n of_o the_o governor_n himself_o now_o the_o reason_n and_o end_n of_o execute_v justice_n upon_o delinquent_n be_v either_o to_o recover_v they_o themselves_o to_o good_a order_n and_o behaviour_n or_o to_o deter_v other_o from_o fall_v into_o like_a rebellion_n against_o god_n for_o otherwise_o god_n delight_v not_o in_o the_o death_n as_o such_o of_o he_o that_o die_v ezek._n 18._o provide_v then_o that_o
