do_v by_o themselves_o independent_o without_o subordination_n to_o large_a associate_n presbytery_n as_o mr._n locky_a intend_v because_o the_o scripture_n do_v not_o warrant_n christ_n have_v not_o case_n they_o may_v yet_o this_o we_o say_v withal_o a_o congregation_n in_o such_o a_o condition_n though_o it_o be_v not_o in_o such_o a_o case_n of_o absolute_a imperfection_n that_o it_o can_v perform_v necessary_a act_n of_o government_n for_o its_o own_o preservation_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o in_o so_o complete_a and_o perfect_a a_o state_n of_o government_n as_o when_o it_o may_v be_v and_o be_v associate_v with_o other_o for_o exercise_v of_o government_n this_o be_v sufficient_a to_o this_o reason_n only_o 2._o there_o be_v one_o or_o two_o particular_n will_v be_v note_v 1._o
