what_o we_o will_v say_v hereafter_o sect._n 2._o chap._n 1._o and_o sect._n 3_o chap._n 5._o and_o if_o you_o please_v also_o arg._n 10_o himself_o the_o father_n be_v of_o himself_o chap._n 9_o 10_o 11_o 12._o of_o our_o book_n concern_v god_n and_o his_o attribute_n the_o ten_o argument_n may_v be_v this_o that_o none_o but_o the_o father_n of_o jesus_n christ_n be_v of_o himself_o as_o have_v thing_n itself_o speak_v and_o the_o adversary_n also_o common_o confess_v from_o the_o same_o also_o proceed_v the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o though_o the_o latin_a church_n hold_v that_o the_o holy_a spirit_n do_v proceed_v both_o from_o the_o father_n and_o the_o son_n which_o if_o right_o understand_v not_o only_o may_v but_o also_o aught_o to_o be_v grant_v nevertheless_o it_o be_v apparent_a partly_o from_o the_o scripture_n partly_o from_o the_o opinion_n of_o the_o adversary_n themselves_o that_o the_o son_n can_v be_v the_o first_o original_a of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n as_o we_o mean_v when_o we_o use_v the_o word_n fountain_n but_o such_o a_o original_a as_o proceed_v from_o another_o which_o be_v before_o it_o for_o he_o who_o do_v himself_o flow_v from_o another_o and_o from_o he_o receive_v his_o divinity_n can_v be_v the_o prime_a source_n of_o another_o divinity_n and_o indeed_o whatsoever_o be_v speak_v in_o the_o scripture_n and_o tend_v to_o show_v unto_o we_o that_o the_o holy_a spirit_n do_v proceed_v also_o from_o the_o son_n be_v herein_o contain_v namely_o that_o the_o son_n do_v send_v the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o pour_v he_o out_o upon_o his_o confident_n but_o the_o son_n send_v the_o holy_a spirit_n from_o the_o father_n as_o he_o himself_o express_o affirm_v john_n 15.26_o he_o also_o say_v that_o he_o will_v ask_v the_o father_n and_o that_o he_o excellent_a a_o gift_n as_o peter_n testify_v act_v 2.33_o compare_v also_o luk._n 24.49_o &_o joh._n 7.39_o therefore_o the_o greek_a church_n though_o they_o otherwise_o agree_v with_o the_o latin_a concern_v the_o person_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n do_v yet_o herein_o differ_v from_o they_o namely_o that_o they_o say_v the_o holy_a spirit_n proceed_v or_o be_v send_v or_o give_v not_o from_o the_o father_n and_o the_o son_n but_o from_o the_o father_n by_o the_o son_n which_o kind_n of_o speak_v be_v more_o suitable_a to_o express_v the_o true_a opinion_n it_o be_v clear_a therefore_o that_o none_o but_o the_o father_n of_o jesus_n christ_n be_v the_o fountain_n or_o prime_a original_a of_o divinity_n and_o consequent_o he_o only_o of_o who_o be_v all_o thing_n which_o be_v the_o property_n of_o the_o most_o high_a god_n for_o as_o the_o most_o high_a god_n only_o be_v he_o of_o who_o be_v all_o thing_n so_o he_o only_o of_o who_o be_v all_o thing_n be_v the_o most_o high_a god_n more_o thing_n belong_v to_o this_o argument_n see_v afterward_o sect._n

believe_v in_o he_o but_o be_v the_o holy_a spirit_n the_o most_o high_a god_n how_o can_v it_o be_v that_o all_o those_o thing_n shall_v not_o be_v open_o enjoin_v and_o many_o example_n of_o they_o find_v in_o holy_a man_n first_o because_o these_o thing_n will_v be_v necessary_a to_o be_v know_v and_o practise_v of_o all_o man_n to_o salvation_n be_v the_o holy_a spirit_n the_o most_o high_a god_n again_o because_o these_o thing_n be_v not_o only_o often_o but_o most_o open_o write_v concern_v the_o father_n but_o also_o concern_v the_o son_n there_o be_v partly_o precept_n partly_o concern_v the_o holy_a spirit_n be_v he_o the_o most_o high_a god_n the_o defence_n of_o the_o argument_n arg._n 2_o spirit_n the_o scripture_n speak_v nothing_o of_o worship_v the_o holy_a spirit_n they_o be_v exceed_o mistake_v for_o as_o to_o the_o wish_n of_o paul_n it_o be_v one_o thing_n to_o wish_v that_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n shall_v be_v with_o man_n another_o thing_n to_o invocate_v the_o holy_a spirit_n himself_o for_o the_o first_o be_v no_o other_o than_o to_o wish_v that_o the_o holy_a spirit_n shall_v be_v communicate_v unto_o man_n or_o be_v cummunicate_v shall_v abide_v with_o they_o for_o neither_o do_v the_o apostle_n take_v the_o communion_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n active_o as_o if_o he_o wish_v that_o the_o holy_a spirit_n shall_v communicate_v something_o otherwise_o he_o will_v have_v add_v the_o name_n of_o something_o which_o he_o will_v have_v to_o be_v communicate_v to_o the_o corinthian_n by_o the_o holy_a spirit_n but_o as_o we_o have_v already_o hint_v passive_o thus_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n 1_o cor._n 10.16_o be_v take_v where_o there_o be_v the_o same_o word_n in_o the_o greek_a as_o in_o that_o place_n 2_o cor._n 13._o ult_n for_o whilst_o the_o apostle_n wish_v the_o communion_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n to_o the_o corinthian_n he_o explain_v in_o what_o manner_n chief_o he_o desire_v that_o god_n and_o christ_n shall_v testify_v their_o grace_n and_o love_n towards_o they_o namely_o in_o give_v his_o holy_a spirit_n to_o they_o or_o in_o cherish_v and_o augment_v the_o same_o already_o give_v unto_o they_o and_o indeed_o it_o will_v be_v a_o wonder_n if_o paul_n shall_v here_o wish_v for_o something_o from_o the_o holy_a spirit_n as_o a_o divine_a person_n that_o he_o shall_v so_o often_o have_v omit_v the_o mention_n of_o he_o elsewhere_o in_o the_o like_a prayer_n of_o which_o matter_n more_o hereafter_o as_o to_o the_o wish_n of_o john_n the_o very_a number_n of_o those_o spirit_n sufficient_o hint_v that_o this_o place_n make_v nothing_o to_o the_o invocation_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n who_o they_o will_v have_v to_o be_v the_o three_o person_n in_o the_o godhead_n for_o than_o we_o shall_v make_v seven_o spirit_n instead_o of_o one_o so_o that_o for_o three_o person_n of_o the_o that_o he_o be_v invocate_v when_o john_n pray_v for_o grace_n and_o peace_n from_o those_o seven_o spirit_n of_o god_n there_o be_v not_o the_o least_o hint_n thereof_o in_o the_o revelation_n where_o mention_n be_v several_a time_n make_v of_o those_o seven_o spirit_n see_v beside_o the_o very_a place_n of_o the_o first_o chapter_n chap._n 3.1_o &_o 4.5_o &_o 5.6_o which_o two_o place_n compare_v with_o zach._n 4.2_o 10._o from_o whence_o they_o be_v in_o a_o manner_n take_v in_o these_o place_n thou_o shall_v see_v those_o spirit_n call_v the_o spirit_n of_o god_n they_o be_v say_v to_o stand_v before_o the_o throne_n christ_n be_v say_v to_o have_v they_o as_o eye_n and_o horn_n for_o they_o be_v to_o he_o instead_o of_o eye_n because_o by_o they_o he_o oversee_v and_o take_v
