mean_n express_v the_o whole_a priestly_a power_n because_o it_o make_v no_o mention_n of_o consecrate_v the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o eucharist_n and_o make_v present_a the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o our_o saviour_n as_o you_o term_v it_o which_o you_o look_v on_o as_o the_o chief_a and_o main_a power_n of_o the_o priestly_a office_n but_o only_a empower_n to_o forgive_v sin_n and_o although_o you_o allow_v our_o form_n at_o present_a since_o the_o insertion_n of_o those_o word_n for_o the_o office_n and_o work_n of_o a_o priest_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n to_o be_v sufficient_o perfect_a because_o in_o the_o word_n priest_n you_o think_v may_v be_v include_v all_o that_o belong_v to_o he_o yet_o still_o judge_v our_o order_n to_o be_v invalid_a by_o reason_n of_o the_o former_a defect_n because_o say_v you_o if_o the_o presbyter_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n be_v not_o valid_o ordain_v by_o the_o first_o form_n till_o the_o addition_n abovementioned_a be_v insert_v in_o the_o year_n 1662._o then_o through_o this_o defect_n those_o who_o be_v choose_v out_o of_o they_o to_o be_v bishop_n can_v not_o valid_o be_v ordain_v such_o because_o they_o be_v not_o afore_o presbyter_n or_o priest_n none_o be_v capable_a in_o your_o opinion_n to_o be_v bishop_n who_o have_v not_o be_v first_o make_v priest_n and_o consequent_o can_v not_o have_v authority_n that_o any_o such_o shall_v be_v essential_a to_o the_o administration_n so_o as_o to_o null_n and_o make_v void_a the_o order_n that_o be_v confer_v without_o they_o be_v that_o which_o want_v all_o
