relieve_v by_o the_o parish_n or_o other_o convenient_a almose_n and_o therefore_o i_o conclude_v again_o that_o the_o bishop_n can_v no_o more_o appoint_v the_o office_n of_o provision_n for_o the_o qualify_v &_o make_v capable_a of_o dispensation_n yet_o i_o deny_v the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o approve_v any_o manner_n of_o dispensation_n tolerable_a at_o all_o for_o any_o kind_n of_o
