that_o penalty_n be_v in_o force_n every_o saint_n be_v not_o a_o magistrate_n to_o put_v it_o in_o execution_n if_o a_o saint_n shall_v kill_v a_o man_n saint_n as_o they_o be_v saint_n be_v not_o to_o execute_v he_o all_o that_o they_o can_v do_v be_v to_o endeavour_v his_o repentance_n but_o it_o belong_v to_o the_o true_a magistrate_n to_o inflict_v the_o punishment_n &_o the_o penal_a law_n
