in_o the_o church_n and_o avaylable_a when_o the_o outward_a be_v want_v and_o the_o outward_a unavay_n leable_a where_o those_o inward_a be_v want_v but_o you_o can_v discern_v no_o such_o matter_n of_o faith_n in_o infant_n these_o show_n no_o such_o thing_n as_o faith_n what_o then_o what_o evidence_n of_o expression_n do_v you_o see_v or_o they_o show_v of_o a_o reasonable_a soul_n in_o they_o by_o this_o reason_n you_o may_v conclude_v they_o unreasonable_a as_o well_o as_o unbeliever_n even_a child_n soul_n be_v equal_a and_o like_a as_o you_o and_o i_o be_v in_o the_o essential_o which_o be_v as_o large_a and_o ample_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n though_o pen_v up_o for_o want_n of_o room_n as_o our_o soul_n be_v and_o be_v capable_a of_o grace_n they_o be_v rational_a creature_n seminal_o and_o in_o the_o inward_a principle_n of_o human_a nature_n which_o be_v a_o reasonable_a nature_n though_o through_o defect_n of_o age_n they_o be_v not_o rational_a productive_o and_o in_o the_o fruit_n or_o external_a proceed_n or_o operation_n of_o reason_n and_o so_o they_o may_v be_v believer_n as_o to_o the_o root_n and_o fountain_n of_o faith_n the_o spirit_n of_o god_n in_o the_o first_o act_n though_o they_o may_v want_v the_o second_o act_n thereof_o which_o be_v the_o increase_n of_o it_o in_o themselves_o and_o the_o derive_v the_o knowledge_n of_o it_o to_o other_o so_o then_o infant_n in_o the_o church_n may_v have_v faith_n and_o all_o the_o elect_a of_o they_o have_v fot_o it_o be_v call_v the_o faith_n of_o god_n elect_n tit._n 1.1_o and_o you_o as_o you_o can_v descry_v it_o in_o they_o so_o you_o can_v decry_v it_o therefore_o by_o your_o own_o tenet_n and_o rule_n they_o go_v for_o believer_n and_o elect_a may_v be_v baptise_a yea_o all_o aught_o to_o go_v so_o out_o of_o a_o charitable_a persuasion_n and_o opinion_n that_o ought_v to_o be_v in_o we_o and_o you_o howsoever_o it_o go_v with_o they_o as_o to_o the_o truth_n and_o reality_n and_o therefore_o all_o shall_v be_v baptise_a for_o by_o the_o same_o reason_n you_o baptise_v any_o of_o those_o you_o call_v believer_n we_o baptise_v all_o infant_n of_o believer_n and_o unless_o it_o be_v so_o none_o at_o all_o be_v to_o be_v baptise_a those_o that_o come_v to_o you_o one_o by_o one_o in_o a_o profession_n of_o faith_n you_o have_v but_o a_o good_a and_o charitable_a opinion_n of_o his_o faith_n and_o election_n you_o can_v have_v no_o sure_a and_o certain_a knowledge_n of_o the_o same_o for_o this_o and_o that_o person_n may_v be_v a_o hypocrite_n and_o reprobate_n yet_o you_o baptise_v he_o and_o he_o now_o therefore_o may_v not_o we_o do_v the_o like_a there_o come_v present_v to_o we_o this_o and_o that_o child_n one_o and_o another_o in_o the_o evidence_n of_o god_n covenant_n engrave_v as_o it_o be_v upon_o they_o by_o their_o birth_n of_o parent_n in_o covenant_n we_o have_v also_o a_o charitable_a persuasion_n of_o their_o faith_n and_o election_n and_o can_v have_v no_o more_o for_o there_o be_v also_o infant_n bear_v in_o the_o church_n that_o be_v reprobate_n and_o so_o we_o baptise_v they_o but_o if_o only_a the_o true_a believer_n and_o elect_a be_v to_o be_v baptise_a than_o you_o and_o we_o must_v have_v a_o certain_a knowledge_n of_o every_o infant_n and_o every_o man_n faith_n and_o election_n as_o the_o ground_n of_o our_o and_o your_o baptise_v they_o the_o which_o because_o neither_o we_o nor_o you_o can_v have_v in_o any_o ordinary_a way_n neither_o of_o we_o by_o this_o rule_n must_v baptise_v any_o at_o all_o you_o hope_v the_o best_a of_o all_o and_o so_o do_v we_o your_o old_a limitation_n may_v do_v well_o here_o so_o far_o as_o man_n can_v judge_v which_o in_o this_o case_n be_v just_a nothing_o and_o that_o be_v all_o can_v be_v say_v on_o both_o side_n but_o still_o i_o must_v prompt_v you_o that_o it_o be_v not_o knowledge_n of_o the_o infant_n be_v in_o election_n and_o the_o sign_n of_o it_o or_o be_v in_o the_o faith_n and_o the_o procession_n of_o it_o but_o the_o be_v in_o the_o covenant_n and_o a_o relation_n to_o it_o that_o be_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v the_o ground_n of_o baptism_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n now_o because_o we_o find_v and_o know_v all_o infant_n bear_v of_o christian_a parent_n within_o this_o covenant_n relation_n &_o know_v not_o which_o of_o they_o be_v elect_a or_o not_o for_o if_o we_o know_v who_o be_v reprobate_n we_o neither_o will_v nor_o ought_v to_o baptise_v they_o we_o do_v therefore_o baptise_v all_o of_o they_o lest_o
