certain_a that_o the_o pope_n have_v authority_n to_o deprive_v prince_n &_o not_o of_o his_o life_n can_v hinder_v that_o the_o kill_n of_o such_o a_o prince_n be_v not_o include_v in_o that_o general_a thou_o shall_v not_o kill_v 2_o second_o i_o wonder_v that_o you_o hold_v it_o probable_a as_o i_o suppose_v that_o the_o pope_n have_v not_o authority_n to_o deprive_v prince_n shall_v so_o be_v evident_a murder_n in_o any_o one_o to_o go_v about_o to_o kill_v such_o a_o prince_n be_v very_o true_a yet_o it_o be_v not_o clear_a and_o express_o contain_v in_o scripture_n but_o to_o prove_v it_o evident_a murder_n you_o must_v use_v the_o help_n of_o a_o argument_n whereof_o one_o of_o the_o premise_n be_v not_o formal_o and_o express_o contain_v in_o scripture_n and_o therefore_o according_a to_o your_o ground_n you_o can_v not_o abjure_v as_o heretical_a that_o doctrine_n which_o shall_v maintain_v it_o for_o no_o murder_n although_o you_o grant_v it_o to_o be_v evident_a murder_n 4_o four_o if_o you_o will_v call_v to_o mind_v the_o history_n of_o those_o prince_n who_o have_v yield_v up_o their_o crown_n after_o deprivation_n whereof_o you_o can_v name_v but_o very_o few_o you_o shall_v find_v such_o stuff_n about_o the_o practice_n of_o this_o doctrine_n of_o depose_v that_o any_o zealous_a catholic_a may_v be_v ashamed_a thereof_o among_o those_o murder_n then_o take_v a_o cow_n or_o horse_n from_o the_o enemy_n in_o time_n of_o war_n when_o the_o cause_n be_v just_a or_o kill_v a_o tyrant_n in_o call_v usurper_n in_o a_o commonwealth_n
