also_o that_o the_o primitive_a protestant_n diverse_a of_o they_o be_v of_o the_o same_o mind_n william_n forbes_n do_v show_v in_o his_o book_n already_o cite_v to_o which_o i_o refer_v the_o reader_n ye●_n james_n durham_n a_o note_a presbyterian_a do_v sufficient_o clear_v we_o of_o popery_n as_o where_o he_o declare_v in_o his_o commentary_n on_o the_o revelation_n degr_n 11_o that_o where_o christ_n be_v rest_v upon_o for_o justification_n and_o his_o sanctification_n acknowledge_v they_o ought_v not_o who_o do_v so_o to_o be_v blame_v as_o guilty_a of_o popery_n although_o they_o hold_v that_o repentance_n love_n and_o other_o inward_a spiritual_a virtue_n and_o grace_n be_v necessary_a to_o justification_n as_o faith_n be_v now_o we_o indeed_o rest_v upon_o christ_n alone_o and_o not_o upon_o mary_n nor_o any_o other_o of_o the_o saint_n as_o the_o papist_n be_v say_v to_o do_v and_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o christ_n we_o do_v acknowledge_v in_o the_o true_a sense_n of_o it_o so_o as_o that_o by_o his_o obedience_n death_n and_o suffering_n he_o have_v indeed_o obtain_v remission_n of_o sin_n unto_o all_o who_o true_o believe_v and_o repent_v now_o that_o repentance_n be_v express_o require_v in_o scripture_n as_o necessary_a unto_o remission_n of_o sin_n which_o i._n m._n do_v hold_v at_o least_o to_o be_v a_o great_a part_n if_o not_o the_o whole_a of_o our_o justification_n see_v act_n 3.19_o repent_v you_o therefore_o and_o be_v convert_v that_o your_o sin_n may_v be_v bloat_v out_o etc._n etc._n observe_v here_o not_o only_a repentance_n but_o conversion_n be_v both_o express_o require_v in_o order_n to_o forgiveness_n or_o blot_v out_o of_o sin_n and_o consequent_o in_o order_n to_o justification_n see_v our_o adversary_n be_v sanctify_v here_o express_o the_o turn_n from_o darkness_n to_o light_n and_o from_o the_o power_n of_o satan_n unto_o god_n be_v require_v in_o order_n to_o
