john_n give_v of_o the_o angel_n the_o angel_n apply_v to_o the_o son_n of_o god_n ch_n 2.18_o so_o that_o these_o word_n i_o be_o the_o first_o and_o the_o last_o do_v relate_v unto_o jesus_n christ_n and_o as_o nothing_o can_v be_v first_o or_o preexist_v the_o creation_n but_o the_o divine_a nature_n so_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n as_o be_v the_o first_o must_v preexist_v all_o thing_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o god_n five_o scripture_n to_o prove_v the_o eternity_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n be_v john_n 17.5_o and_o now_o o_o father_n glorify_v thou_o i_o with_o thy_o own_o self_n with_o the_o glory_n which_o i_o have_v with_o thou_o before_o the_o world_n be_v if_o the_o son_n be_v in_o glory_n with_o the_o father_n before_o the_o world_n be_v he_o be_v then_o exist_v deliver_v into_o the_o glorious_a liberty_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n rom._n 8.19_o etc._n etc._n and_o therefore_o this_o scripture_n as_o it_o must_v of_o necessity_n be_v take_v in_o its_o literal_a sense_n so_o full_o assert_v the_o eternal_a power_n and_o godhead_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n that_o i_o know_v not_o how_o its_o authority_n can_v be_v evade_v for_o if_o all_o thing_n be_v create_v and_o be_v uphold_v by_o he_o and_o that_o because_o as_o the_o apostle_n give_v the_o reason_n that_o he_o be_v before_o all_o thing_n then_o he_o must_v be_v the_o eternal_a god_n co-creator_n with_o the_o father_n four_o scripture_n be_v heb._n 1.10_o and_o thou_o lord_n in_o the_o beginning_n have_v lay_v the_o foundation_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o the_o heaven_n be_v
