the_o motive_n than_o be_v leave_v to_o their_o own_o strength_n and_o can_v work_v only_o by_o their_o own_o activity_n which_o we_o see_v have_v be_v able_a to_o do_v nothing_o so_o that_o a_o miracle_n at_o most_o can_v be_v but_o a_o more_o awful_a remembrancer_n now_o sure_a to_o bring_v this_o to_o ourselves_o we_o want_v none_o such_o nor_o do_v they_o prove_v much_o useful_a occasion_n of_o astonishment_n and_o such_o fatal_a remembrancer_n have_v come_v and_o take_v up_o their_o habitation_n in_o our_o land_n and_o make_v approach_n towards_o hover_v over_o every_o place_n long_o bill_n of_o mortality_n and_o sad_a knell_n and_o dreadful_a pass_a bell_n these_o be_v all_o messenger_n from_o the_o dead_a that_o come_v post_v to_o we_o swift_a as_o god_n arrow_n and_o one_o will_v think_v we_o shall_v take_v notice_n of_o their_o message_n hear_v they_o when_o they_o pass_v so_o near_o we_o when_o they_o seem_v to_o call_v out_o to_o ourselves_o when_o a_o execration_n the_o paleness_n of_o a_o shroud_n upon_o his_o face_n but_o blood_n and_o crimson_a sin_n upon_o his_o tongue_n the_o frost_n of_o the_o grave_a over_o all_o his_o part_n but_o a_o visit_v with_o all_o the_o treasure_n of_o god_n plague_n his_o token_n on_o it_o and_o every_o place_n and_o man_n in_o fearful_a expectation_n and_o yet_o no_o allay_n of_o vice_n wickedness_n as_o outrageous_a as_o ever_o while_o it_o be_v thus_o with_o what_o face_n can_v we_o beg_v of_o god_n to_o keep_v from_o we_o this_o plague_n and_o grievous_a sickness_n when_o we_o do_v only_o mean_v to_o make_v this_o use_n of_o such_o indulgence_n to_o cherish_v another_o plague_n in_o our_o own_o heart_n what_o can_v we_o say_v to_o prove_v it_o will_v not_o be_v a_o mercy_n to_o we_o to_o be_v sudden_o cut_v off_o even_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o our_o iniquity_n when_o by_o our_o go_v on_o in_o sin_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o destruction_n we_o make_v appear_v if_o he_o shall_v let_v we_o live_v yet_o we_o will_v only_o live_v to_o finish_v our_o iniquity_n and_o long_a time_n will_v have_v no_o other_o use_v but_o to_o fill_v up_o a_o great_a measure_n of_o sin_n what_o answer_n do_v we_o make_v to_o all_o these_o messenger_n of_o death_n that_o come_v so_o thick_a about_o we_o what_o do_v we_o that_o may_v justify_v god_n care_n in_o send_v we_o so_o many_o warning_n but_o it_o be_v no_o wonder_n if_o the_o only_a neighbourhood_n of_o death_n have_v not_o be_v able_a to_o prevail_v upon_o we_o have_v you_o not_o see_v one_o who_o his_o own_o iniquity_n or_o god_n immediate_a hand_n have_v by_o a_o sickness_n or_o by_o some_o sad_a accident_n cast_v to_o the_o very_a brink_n of_o death_n so_o as_o the_o grave_n seem_v to_o begin_v to_o take_v possession_n of_o he_o and_o all_o his_o hope_n sicken_v and_o die_v so_o that_o recovery_n from_o that_o condition_n may_v be_v well_o as_o it_o be_v in_o scripture_n often_o call_v a_o rise_n have_v
