but_o do_v this_o salve_n the_o violate_n of_o the_o covenant_n nay_o it_o make_v it_o more_o apparent_a for_o the_o government_n of_o the_o church_n which_o the_o first_o article_n of_o the_o covenant_n speak_v of_o be_v distinguish_v from_o the_o doctrinal_a part_n that_o we_o shall_v endeavour_v the_o reformation_n of_o religion_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o ireland_n in_o doctrine_n worship_n discipline_n and_o government_n so_o that_o exclude_v pastor_n and_o roll_a elder_n from_o the_o corrective_a part_n of_o government_n and_o from_o all_o power_n which_o be_v not_o mere_o doctrinal_a he_o thereby_o exclude_v they_o from_o that_o discipline_n and_o government_n which_o the_o covenant_n speak_v of_o as_o one_o special_a part_n of_o the_o reformation_n of_o thing_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o to_o inquire_v into_o the_o evil_n of_o church-government_n by_o archbishop_n bishop_n dean_n etc._n etc._n whether_o guilty_a or_o not_o guilty_a i_o strengthen_v my_o argument_n by_o the_o different_a nature_n of_o the_o first_o and_o second_o article_n i_o say_v the_o second_o article_n be_v of_o thing_n to_o be_v extirpate_v but_o this_o of_o thing_n to_o be_v preserve_v and_o reform_v why_o do_v he_o not_o take_v the_o strength_n of_o my_o argument_n and_o make_v a_o reply_n 2._o by_o the_o same_o principle_n of_o his_o we_o the_o first_o article_n of_o the_o covenant_n whether_o be_v that_o government_n mention_v in_o the_o first_o article_n a_o civil_a thing_n or_o a_o spiritual_a if_o civil_a why_o be_v discipline_n and_o government_n rank_v with_o doctrine_n and_o worship_n and_o all_o these_o mention_v as_o part_n of_o the_o reformation_n of_o religion_n if_o spiritual_a then_o why_o do_v the_o brother_n make_v
