old_a companion_n and_o to_o accompany_v the_o people_n of_o god_n together_o with_o give_v of_o i_o many_o sweet_a encouragement_n from_o several_a promise_n in_o the_o scripture_n but_o after_o this_o the_o lord_n do_v wonderful_o set_v my_o sin_n upon_o my_o conscience_n those_o sin_n especial_o that_o i_o have_v commit_v since_o the_o first_o conviction_n temptation_n also_o follow_v i_o god_n in_o some_o measure_n in_o prayer_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o ordinance_n but_o go_v about_o a_o year_n and_o upward_o without_o any_o sound_a evidence_n as_o from_o god_n to_o my_o soul_n touch_v the_o salvation_n as_o come_v by_o jesus_n christ._n but_o at_o the_o last_o as_o i_o may_v say_v when_o the_o set_a time_n be_v come_v than_o the_o lord_n just_a before_o the_o man_n call_v quaker_n come_n into_o the_o country_n do_v set_v i_o down_o 〈◊〉_d bless_o in_o the_o truth_n of_o the_o doctrine_n of_o jesâ—s_n christ_n that_o it_o make_v i_o marvel_n to_o see_v first_o how_o or_o in_o the_o least_o measure_n to_o fail_v in_o any_o holy_a duty_n that_o thou_o do_v perform_v the_o law_n take_v hold_v on_o that_o and_o findeth_z fault_n with_o that_o so_o as_o to_o render_v all_o the_o holy_a duty_n that_o ever_o thou_o do_v unavailable_a because_o of_o that_o i_o say_v if_o when_o thou_o be_v a_o hear_n there_o be_v out_o one_o vain_a thought_n or_o in_o pray_v but_o or_o no_o and_o if_o thou_o find_v thyself_o guilty_a as_o i_o be_o sure_a thou_o can_v not_o otherwise_o choose_v but_o do_v unless_o thou_o shut_v thy_o eye_n against_o thy_o every_o day_n practice_n then_o i_o say_v conclude_v thyself_o guilty_a of_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o first_o covenant_n and_o when_o that_o this_o be_v do_v be_v sure_a in_o the_o next_o place_n thou_o do_v not_o give_v thou_o a_o heart_n to_o take_v this_o my_o counsel_n i_o do_v make_v no_o question_n but_o these_o word_n speak_v by_o i_o will_v prove_v a_o instrument_n for_o the_o direct_n of_o thy_o heart_n to_o the_o right_a remedy_n for_o the_o salvation_n of_o thy_o soul._n thus_o much_o now_o touch_v the_o law_n and_o the_o severity_n of_o it_o upon_o the_o person_n that_o be_v find_v under_o it_o have_v offend_v or_o break_v any_o particular_a of_o it_o either_o in_o thought_n word_n or_o action_n and_o now_o before_o i_o do_v proceed_v to_o the_o next_o thing_n i_o shall_v answer_v four_o objection_n that_o do_v he_o in_o my_o way_n and_o also_o such_o as_o do_v stumble_v most_o part_n of_o the_o world_n the_o first_o objection_n and_o first_o but_o you_o will_v say_v methinks_v you_o speak_v very_o harsh_a it_o be_v enough_o to_o daunt_v a_o body_n set_v the_o case_n therefore_o that_o a_o man_n after_o he_o have_v sin_v and_o break_v the_o law_n repent_v of_o his_o the_o sin_n against_o the_o holy_a ghost_n for_o these_o reason_n but_o now_o lay_v down_o for_o this_o sin_n be_v immediate_o commit_v against_o the_o motion_n and_o conviction_n and_o light_n of_o that_o holy_a spirit_n of_o god_n that_o make_v it_o its_o business_n to_o hand_n forth_o and_o manifest_v the_o truth_n and_o reality_n of_o the_o merit_n and_o virtue_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n the_o son_n of_o man._n and_o therefore_o beware_v ranter_n and_o quaker_n for_o i_o be_o sure_a you_o be_v the_o near_a that_o sin_n by_o profession_n which_o be_v indeed_o the_o right_n commit_v of_o it_o of_o any_o person_n that_o i_o do_v know_v at_o this_o day_n under_o the_o whole_a heaven_n for_o as_o much_o as_o you_o will_v not_o venture_v the_o salvation_n of_o your_o soul_n on_o the_o blood_n shed_v on_o mount_n calvary_n luke_n 23._o 33._o out_o of_o the_o side_n of_o that_o man_n that_o be_v offer_v up_o in_o sacrifice_n for_o all_o that_o do_v believe_v in_o that_o his_o
