that_o for_o a_o man_n to_o be_v bind_v to_o use_v any_o institution_n of_o god_n two_o thing_n be_v require_v first_o that_o the_o end_n of_o the_o institution_n be_v necessary_a and_o that_o it_o be_v necessary_a for_o every_o particular_a person_n to_o endeavour_v the_o attain_n thereof_o whence_o all_o man_n hold_v that_o though_o the_o propagation_n of_o mankind_n by_o marriage_n be_v a_o institution_n of_o god_n necessary_a for_o the_o continuation_n of_o the_o world_n yet_o while_o there_o be_v enough_o that_o comply_v with_o that_o duty_n to_o which_o mankind_n be_v in_o general_a bind_v every_o particular_a person_n be_v not_o oblige_v to_o marry_v second_o that_o if_o every_o particular_a person_n be_v bind_v to_o endeavour_v to_o attain_v the_o end_n of_o a_o institution_n that_o also_o the_o whole_a thing_n institute_v be_v necessary_a for_o the_o attain_n of_o that_o end_n for_o if_o there_o be_v variety_n of_o mean_n ordain_v sufficient_a for_o the_o attain_n of_o that_o end_n a_o man_n be_v not_o bind_v to_o use_v all_o that_o which_o be_v institute_v but_o it_o be_v sufficient_a to_o use_v so_o much_o thereof_o as_o will_v lead_v a_o man_n to_o that_o end_n whence_o all_o man_n again_o hold_v that_o although_o god_n create_v and_o institute_v variety_n of_o meat_n and_o drink_n for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o man_n corporal_a life_n yet_o no_o man_n be_v bind_v to_o use_v they_o all_o but_o he_o discharge_v his_o duty_n sufficient_o if_o he_o use_v so_o much_o of_o any_o of_o they_o as_o will_v suffice_v to_o arrive_v at_o that_o end_n for_o which_o use_v ten_o or_o twenty_o and_o if_o he_o can_v live_v of_o meat_n without_o drink_n he_o may_v without_o offence_n choose_v whether_o he_o will_v ever_o drink_v or_o no._n to_o apply_v this_o to_o our_o present_a purpose_n it_o be_v apparent_a enough_o that_o by_o the_o force_n of_o divine_a institution_n only_o no_o man_n be_v bind_v to_o use_v communion_n under_o both_o kind_n for_o though_o the_o end_n why_o christ_n do_v institute_v the_o sacrament_n in_o both_o kind_n be_v necessary_a and_o all_o must_v endeavour_v the_o attain_n thereunto_o to_o wit_n maintenance_n and_o increase_n in_o grace_n which_o be_v the_o life_n of_o the_o soul_n yet_o there_o be_v other_o mean_n of_o god_n institution_n also_o by_o which_o we_o may_v attain_v to_o this_o end_n whence_o it_o be_v that_o learned_a divine_n hold_v that_o though_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o eucharist_n be_v necessary_a necessetate_fw-la praecepti_fw-la by_o the_o necessity_n of_o precept_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o necessary_a necessitate_v medii_fw-la as_o they_o speak_v that_o be_v the_o use_n thereof_o be_v not_o such_o a_o necessary_a mean_n for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o spiritual_a
