conscience_n where_o you_o come_v to_o rule_v shall_v answer_v to_o your_o government_n but_o if_o you_o give_v way_n to_o the_o evil_a doer_n in_o the_o particular_a and_o let_v he_o have_v the_o liberty_n there_o mark_v that_o then_o that_o will_v cause_v the_o just_a to_o suffer_v in_o the_o particular_a and_o then_o the_o same_o will_v give_v way_n and_o liberty_n to_o evil_a doer_n birthright_n stand_v in_o respect_n of_o person_n and_o not_o in_o equality_n for_o the_o rich_a covetous_a oppress_a man_n who_o oppress_v the_o poor_a they_o have_v the_o only_a power_n to_o
