another_o thing_n and_o either_o age_n pass_v away_o as_o a_o shadow_n so_o the_o affair_n of_o man_n be_v ever_o change_v and_o carry_v to_o a_o uncertain_a end_n themselves_o be_v ever_o uncertain_a of_o future_a event_n vanity_n attend_v the_o present_a thing_n and_o be_v not_o vanquish_v of_o vanity_n therefore_o they_o shall_v learn_v to_o attend_v the_o thing_n present_v with_o diligence_n attentive_a heed_n opinion_n all_o man_n must_v take_v heed_n of_o strange_a doctrine_n and_o opinion_n and_o that_o in_o regard_n thereof_o they_o shall_v eschew_v and_o abandon_v all_o other_o doctrine_n and_o opinion_n whatsoever_o which_o sound_n or_o any_o way_n savour_v contrary_a or_o not_o like_a unto_o this_o for_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o as_o the_o eye_n be_v not_o satisfy_v with_o see_v nor_o the_o ear_n with_o hear_v and_o man_n curiosity_n be_v unmeasurable_a the_o doctrine_n and_o opinion_n of_o man_n do_v exceed_v in_o multitude_n and_o diversity_n so_o both_o the_o invent_v of_o those_o doctrine_n and_o opinion_n and_o in_o the_o make_n of_o those_o book_n which_o be_v neither_o agreeable_a nor_o any_o way_n comparable_a to_o this_o one_o doctrine_n so_o give_v and_o approve_v by_o the_o chief_a pastor_n and_o teacher_n and_o also_o in_o the_o read_n studying_z learning_n and_o exercise_n thereof_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o a_o labour_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o a_o vex_v of_o the_o mind_n and_o so_o much_o the_o more_o for_o that_o therein_o among_o other_o thing_n this_o be_v hold_v and_o plausible_o accept_v that_o the_o chief_a felicity_n of_o man_n do_v consist_v either_o of_o honour_n or_o riches_n world_n man_n have_v place_v their_o chief_a felicity_n in_o those_o thing_n of_o the_o world_n or_o of_o pleasure_n and_o man_n delight_n and_o such_o like_a the_o which_o therefore_o most_o man_n study_v to_o attain_v in_o the_o read_n hear_v and_o observe_v the_o precept_n and_o rule_n of_o the_o same_o wherein_o nevertheless_o while_o man_n be_v busy_v they_o resemble_v those_o foolish_a people_n which_o be_v disease_v do_v seek_v for_o remedy_n of_o the_o thing_n which_o be_v bring_v from_o india_n aethiopia_n and_o the_o further_a part_n of_o the_o world_n happy_o not_o so_o well_o fit_v the_o constitution_n of_o their_o nature_n when_o the_o while_n they_o contemn_v or_o neglect_v the_o good_a thing_n which_o grow_v in_o their_o own_o garden_n *_o but_o as_o for_o that_o doctrine_n and_o those_o word_n which_o be_v indict_v and_o give_v by_o that_o chief_a pastor_n approve_v by_o those_o grave_a master_n of_o authority_n and_o collect_v take_v and_o teach_v by_o the_o king_n aswell_o in_o this_o as_o in_o other_o his_o book_n and_o so_o we_o find_v they_o to_o shoot_v harmonical_o to_o this_o chief_a scope_n or_o mark_n 20._o the_o end_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n eccles._n 12.13_o 1_o god_n glory_n 2._o man_n happiness_n psal_n 50.23_o exod._n 20._o namely_o that_o man_n may_v thereby_o learn_v and_o be_v persuade_v to_o fear_n god_n and_o to_o keep_v his_o commandment_n in_o the_o which_o be_v respect_v those_o two_o thing_n namely_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o the_o high_a seat_n of_o messiah_n when_o he_o shall_v come_v and_o sit_v to_o pronounce_v a_o just_a sentence_n against_o all_o man_n whether_o they_o be_v good_a or_o evil_n then_o all_o thing_n shall_v be_v reveal_v yea_o even_o those_o which_o have_v be_v conceal_v 2.5_o psal_n 2.5_o and_o in_o a_o great_a part_n leave_v unpunished_a since_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o creature_n then_o for_o every_o idle_a word_n there_o shall_v be_v make_v a_o reckon_n every_o idle_a deed_n shall_v be_v discern_v and_o every_o secret_a thought_n of_o the_o heart_n shall_v be_v make_v manifest_a then_o shall_v god_n choose_v he_o clear_v and_o call_v into_o glory_n with_o the_o holy_a messiah_n and_o his_o angel_n and_o then_o shall_v the_o profane_a reprobate_n be_v thrust_v out_o into_o utter_a darkness_n to_o toil_v and_o moil_n with_o the_o serpent_n and_o wicked_a fiend_n for_o evermore_o all_o these_o thing_n in_o effect_n and_o many_o more_o with_o singular_a wisdom_n and_o great_a gravity_n
