denial_n of_o all_o maintenance_n to_o the_o minister_n but_o even_o to_o the_o despise_n of_o they_o though_o they_o can_v but_o know_v that_o he_o that_o despise_v they_o despise_v their_o lord_n and_o master_n the_o lord_n christ_n i_o profess_v i_o can_v conceive_v any_o reason_n why_o you_o shall_v with_o such_o vehemency_n set_v yourselves_o against_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o
