at_o any_o time_n as_o touch_v life_n &_o conversation_n for_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v as_o well_o able_a to_o guide_v a_o man_n continual_o in_o a_o good_a and_o not_o err_v life_n as_o in_o a_o right_n &_o not_o err_a faith_n but_o touch_v this_o matter_n s._n august_n say_v 3._o that_o even_o general_a counsel_n which_o be_v gather_v out_o of_o all_o the_o christian_a world_n be_v oftentimes_o correct_v the_o former_a by_o the_o latter_a when_o by_o any_o trial_n of_o thing_n that_o be_v open_v which_o before_o be_v shut_v &_o that_o be_v know_v which_o before_o lay_v hide_v and_o therefore_o also_o be_v it_o appoint_v that_o even_o in_o a_o general_a council_n itself_o they_o shall_v pray_v unto_o god_n that_o he_o will_v ignorantiae_fw-la ipsorum_fw-la parcere_fw-la &_o as_o powerful_a to_o preserve_v and_o keep_v from_o error_n in_o the_o one_o case_n as_o in_o the_o other_o no_o question_n but_o he_o be_v concern_v this_o point_n therefore_o you_o must_v not_o forget_v that_o which_o i_o say_v before_o namely_o that_o although_o most_o true_a it_o be_v that_o the_o holy_a ghost_n can_v possible_o err_v nor_o any_o man_n or_o counsel_n so_o long_o as_o he_o
