of_o god_n and_o saviour_n of_o the_o world_n etc._n etc._n nor_o yet_o the_o rely_v on_o he_o as_o such_o for_o salvation_n will_v indeed_o avail_v a_o man_n unto_o salvation_n without_o a_o love_a loyal_a and_o obediential_a cleave_v to_o he_o it_o may_v be_v some_o will_v be_v ready_a to_o object_n and_o say_v do_v not_o the_o scripture_n plain_o say_v that_o these_o thing_n be_v write_v that_o you_o may_v believe_v that_o jesus_n be_v the_o christ_n the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o that_o believe_a you_o may_v have_v life_n through_o his_o name_n john_n 20.31_o and_o be_v not_o the_o acknowledge_v of_o this_o the_o very_a form_n of_o the_o saint_n faith_n in_o the_o first_o time_n of_o the_o gospel_n john_n 4.42_o and_o 6.69_o and_o 11.27_o act_n 8.37_o mat._n 16.16_o and_o do_v may_v be_v justify_v by_o his_o faith_n as_o he_o that_o work_v not_o or_o which_o have_v no_o work_n in_o our_o apostle_n sense_n may_v it_o be_v no_o where_n neither_o in_o word_n nor_o sense_n say_v but_o he_o that_o love_v not_o but_o believe_v on_o he_o that_o justifi_v the_o ungodly_a his_o faith_n be_v count_v to_o he_o for_o righteousness_n but_o the_o contrary_a in_o substance_n be_v flat_o affirm_v by_o the_o apostle_n james_n chap._n 2._o beside_o other_o scripture_n as_o i_o shall_v god_n will_v come_v afterward_o to_o show_v and_o therefore_o i_o do_v think_v that_o our_o protestant_a writer_n have_v give_v too_o much_o advantage_n to_o the_o papist_n whilst_o in_o assert_v justification_n by_o faith_n alone_o without_o any_o work_n at_o all_o they_o have_v in_o the_o mean_a while_n chief_o if_o not_o only_o build_v this_o their_o assertion_n upon_o such_o scripture_n as_o my_o text_n with_o other_o of_o like_a nature_n which_o treat_v not_o of_o all_o work_n in_o he_o deny_v justification_n to_o be_v by_o the_o work_n of_o that_o law_n be_v it_o not_o all_o one_o as_o if_o he_o shall_v oppose_v faith_n unto_o work_n command_v in_o the_o gospel_n for_o the_o he_o be_v such_o for_o kind_a as_o be_v find_v walk_v in_o the_o step_n of_o his_o faith_n influence_v the_o life_n and_o dispose_n the_o heart_n in_o particular_a occurrence_n as_o he_o do_v it_o may_v well_o be_v indeed_o that_o every_o child_n of_o abraham_n may_v not_o be_v able_a to_o keep_v pace_n with_o their_o father_n in_o this_o walk_n of_o faith_n nor_o to_o follow_v he_o close_o at_o the_o heel_n nor_o be_v all_o his_o child_n of_o the_o same_o growth_n or_o same_o strength_n but_o yet_o all_o follow_v their_o father_n in_o the_o same_o way_n though_o at_o some_o distance_n all_o tread_v in_o his_o step_n it_o be_v most_o certain_a that_o the_o true_a faith_n by_o which_o they_o become_v his_o child_n will_v guide_v they_o into_o the_o same_o way_n put_v they_o upon_o be_v confident_o persuade_v that_o what_o he_o promise_v he_o be_v both_o able_a willing_a and_o faithful_a to_o perform_v how_o contrary_a soever_o to_o humane_a probability_n rom._n 4.18_o 19_o 20_o 21._o who_o against_o hope_n believe_v in_o hope_n that_o he_o may_v be_v the_o father_n of_o many_o nation_n according_a to_o that_o which_o be_v speak_v so_o shall_v thy_o seed_n be_v and_o be_v
