see_v hereafter_o all_o that_o i_o do_v give_v man_n to_o understand_v be_v that_o i_o do_v not_o say_v they_o reject_v the_o scripture_n in_o general_a neither_o do_v i_o say_v they_o do_v not_o how_o glad_a be_v a_o man_n in_o his_o necessity_n to_o catch_v at_o any_o thing_n but_o yet_o it_o be_v but_o a_o folly_n to_o catch_v at_o nothing_o of_o minister_n receive_v tithe_n t._n s._n by_o what_o rule_n in_o scripture_n do_v you_o receive_v tithe_n for_o preach_v pag._n 10_o w.t._n i_o do_v and_o do_v answer_v he_o that_o with_o respect_n to_o our_o labour_n in_o preach_v we_o receive_v a_o maintenance_n from_o these_o scripture_n rule_n 1_o cor._n 9.14_o so_o have_v the_o lord_n ordain_v that_o they_o which_o preach_v the_o gospel_n shall_v live_v of_o the_o gospel_n gal._n 6.6_o some_o certain_a year_n to_o learn_v the_o trade_n of_o sermon-making_n etc._n etc._n w.t._n this_o general_a profane_a fancy_n i_o leave_v for_o quaker_n and_o quaffer_n and_o atheist_n to_o make_v merry_a withal_o and_o come_v to_o his_o self-pleasing_a particular_n t.s._n if_o any_o man_n die_v possess_v of_o a_o rich_a parsonage_n how_o many_o of_o you_o have_v present_o a_o call_n to_o it_o pag._n 11_o than_o day_n of_o fast_v and_o humiliation_n must_v be_v keep_v pretend_v to_o seek_v god_n to_o know_v who_o have_v the_o clear_a call_n and_o though_o you_o be_v all_o resolve_v in_o your_o heart_n beforehand_o to_o get_v it_o if_o you_o can_v yet_o the_o name_n of_o god_n and_o the_o prayer_n of_o some_o well-meaning_a people_n must_v be_v make_v use_n of_o by_o every_o one_o of_o you_o as_o a_o cloak_n lest_o your_o deceit_n shall_v be_v too_o plain_o discover_v i_o know_v you_o will_v call_v this_o clamour_n but_o i_o speak_v plain_a truth_n a._n 1._o there_o may_v be_v just_a reason_n for_o the_o exchange_n of_o a_o man_n place_n by_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n out_o of_o respect_n to_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o church_n and_o the_o advantage_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o a_o man_n may_v be_v due_o call_v from_o a_o place_n where_o there_o be_v less_o maintenance_n to_o another_o where_o there_o be_v more_o to_o wit_v because_o there_o be_v more_o work_n there_o which_o rebuke_n the_o affect_n of_o the_o maintenance_n now_o if_o any_o change_v unground_o or_o pass_v into_o any_o place_n disorderly_a whereof_o here_o be_v no_o proof_n for_o that_o i_o shall_v not_o plead_v 2_o it_o be_v not_o very_o like_o that_o they_o who_o betake_v themselves_o to_o fast_v and_o humiliation_n be_v the_o person_n that_o be_v guilty_a of_o such_o misremoval_v self-seeking_a and_o god_n seek_v do_v not_o well_o agree_v together_o nor_o be_v it_o like_o that_o god_n people_n will_v come_v together_o to_o fast_v and_o pray_v upon_o a_o worldling_n call_v sure_o they_o take_v he_o to_o be_v a_o godly_a minister_n with_o who_o they_o join_v in_o such_o a_o exercise_n and_o if_o he_o prove_v otherwise_o so_o public_a a_o course_n will_v make_v his_o sin_n the_o more_o observe_v and_o so_o will_v turn_v to_o his_o great_a shame_n if_o he_o be_v wise_a therefore_o though_o he_o be_v not_o good_a it_o be_v not_o probable_a that_o he_o will_v walk_v in_o that_o way_n mean_v while_o this_o help_n to_o cast_v a_o profane_a contempt_n upon_o god_n high_a course_n in_o difficult_a case_n and_o teach_v atheistical_a people_n what_o to_o say_v when_o they_o see_v a_o minister_n humble_v his_o soul_n together_o with_o god_n people_n to_o seek_v resolution_n from_o he_o fast_v and_o prayer_n they_o will_v acknowledge_v to_o be_v good_a in_o itself_o but_o when_o any_o minister_n seek_v to_o for_o a_o removal_n come_v to_o practise_v this_o course_n they_o cry_v out_o against_o it_o for_o this_o man_n tell_v they_o and_o they_o be_v glad_a to_o hear_v it_o that_o there_o be_v nothing_o but_o hypocrisy_n in_o it_o so_o all_o fast_n for_o minister_n direction_n in_o case_n of_o their_o call_n from_o one_o place_n to_o another_o become_v a_o matter_n of_o derision_n 3._o this_o poetical_a relator_n say_v it_o be_v thus_o but_o how_o shall_v we_o know_v that_o he_o speak_v truth_n be_v it_o certain_o true_a that_o minister_n that_o seek_v to_o god_n to_o clear_v up_o their_o call_n be_v resolve_v and_o all_o resolve_v and_o all_o resolve_v in_o their_o heart_n before_o hand_n to_o get_v a_o rich_a parsonage_n if_o they_o can_v how_o do_v this_o man_n know_v the_o resolution_n
