without_o understanding_n now_o because_o this_o knowledge_n and_o skill_n to_o express_v it_o be_v not_o in_o this_o age_n give_v to_o any_o man_n without_o mean_n namely_o read_v and_o study_n therefore_o it_o be_v that_o we_o press_v a_o necessity_n of_o learning_n in_o the_o minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n if_o it_o be_v inquire_v now_o of_o what_o use_v tongue_n be_v to_o the_o apostle_n i_o shall_v grant_v that_o they_o be_v give_v to_o they_o who_o have_v knowledge_n without_o study_n to_o enable_v they_o to_o speak_v proper_o to_o all_o nation_n in_o their_o own_o dialect_n now_o though_o tongue_n be_v not_o necessary_a to_o we_o for_o this_o purpose_n yet_o be_v they_o necessary_a for_o other_o purpose_n viz._n to_o enable_v we_o to_o compare_v the_o original_a with_o the_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o apostle_n and_o for_o we_o for_o those_o time_n and_o these_o time_n and_o none_o whole_o illiterate_a either_o then_o be_v or_o now_o be_v fit_a to_o preach_v the_o
