foot_n be_v not_o in_o a_o capacity_n of_o be_v tread_v under_o foot_n of_o man_n so_o the_o witness_n and_o saint_n of_o jesus_n christ_n since_o they_o stand_v upon_o their_o foot_n can_v not_o be_v tread_v under_o foot_n of_o man_n though_o they_o have_v be_v tread_v under_o foot_n a_o thousand_o two_o hundred_o and_o threescore_o year_n and_o the_o beast_n have_v have_v power_n so_o long_o to_o trample_v they_o under_o foot_n yet_o since_o the_o spirit_n of_o life_n from_o god_n enter_v into_o they_o and_o they_o stand_v upon_o their_o foot_n it_o be_v not_o possible_a for_o the_o beast_n god_n enter_v into_o they_o and_o that_o be_v the_o reason_n why_o they_o go_v on_o like_o active_a live_a man_n so_o courageous_o and_o victorious_o for_o god_n have_v appoint_v they_o to_o carry_v on_o his_o work_n for_o the_o fall_n of_o this_o kingdom_n from_o rome_n deduction_n 13._o thirteen_o in_o the_o next_o place_n this_o serve_v to_o exhort_v all_o those_o that_o be_v draw_v to_o engage_v in_o the_o late_a war_n against_o the_o parliament_n and_o those_o godly_a people_n that_o adhere_v to_o they_o to_o relinquish_v that_o act_n of_o they_o and_o that_o first_o because_o it_o be_v so_o apparent_a that_o in_o so_o do_v they_o be_v instrument_n of_o uphold_v the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o beast_n and_o that_o they_o do_v in_o it_o endeavour_v to_o support_v the_o beast_n as_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lay_v whatever_o the_o pretence_n be_v upon_o which_o they_o be_v draw_v to_o engage_v in_o it_o and_o therefore_o if_o they_o desire_v to_o be_v enemy_n to_o the_o beast_n let_v they_o be_v enemy_n to_o this_o act_n of_o they_o for_o in_o it_o they_o go_v about_o to_o support_v the_o beast_n though_o it_o be_v in_o vain_a the_o time_n of_o his_o ruin_n be_v come_v and_o therefore_o it_o behoove_v they_o to_o repent_v of_o what_o they_o have_v do_v in_o it_o for_o it_o be_v not_o good_a pretence_n can_v justify_v a_o evil_a action_n it_o will_v be_v their_o wisdom_n least_o you_o be_v find_v to_o be_v fighter_n against_o god_n and_o let_v no_o long_o a_o spirit_n of_o enmity_n and_o difference_n remain_v between_o you_o and_o those_o that_o you_o oppose_v in_o child_n or_o yourselves_o in_o person_n be_v actual_o in_o that_o war_n you_o have_v cause_n to_o rejoice_v in_o all_o that_o you_o have_v do_v therein_o for_o you_o see_v it_o be_v a_o most_o just_a and_o righteous_a act_n and_o god_n have_v by_o it_o bring_v a_o most_o glorious_a work_n to_o pass_v in_o the_o bring_v this_o kingdom_n from_o that_o vassalage_n to_o rome_n in_o which_o it_o have_v man_n for_o it_o yet_o never_o repent_v of_o it_o but_o rejoice_v in_o what_o you_o have_v do_v in_o it_o deduction_n 15._o fifteenth_o in_o the_o next_o place_n this_o may_v convince_v those_o of_o their_o error_n that_o take_v to_o themselves_o a_o power_n over_o the_o conscience_n of_o saint_n to_o rule_v over_o they_o and_o make_v law_n for_o they_o and_o to_o force_v they_o to_o obedience_n to_o those_o law_n let_v such_o serious_o consider_v this_o that_o this_o be_v apparent_o that_o curse_a power_n that_o the_o beast_n have_v usurp_v to_o himself_o or_o at_o least_o it_o have_v no_o other_o donor_n than_o the_o dragon_n the_o old_a serpent_n the_o devil_n who_o give_v the_o beast_n his_o power_n and_o seat_n and_o great_a authority_n and_o by_o this_o power_n the_o bishop_n of_o rome_n first_o become_v and_o still_o continue_v to_o be_v the_o beast_n and_o this_o be_v a_o power_n that_o be_v abhor_v of_o god_n for_o those_o man_n that_o exercise_v this_o power_n do_v take_v away_o the_o legislative_a power_n of_o god_n who_o be_v the_o king_n the_o judge_n and_o the_o lawgiver_n of_o his_o saint_n and_o do_v give_v jesus_n christ_n less_o honour_n than_o the_o heathen_n do_v their_o idol_n who_o do_v allow_v they_o to_o be_v the_o orderer_n of_o their_o own_o worship_n o_o that_o these_o man_n therefore_o may_v be_v convince_v of_o their_o error_n in_o impose_v their_o law_n upon_o the_o conscience_n of_o saint_n and_o constrain_a they_o to_o worship_n god_n according_a to_o the_o rule_n that_o they_o have_v hammer_v out_o from_o they_o though_o they_o dare_v not_o affirm_v that_o they_o themselves_o be_v infallible_a for_o sure_o if_o they_o persist_v in_o it_o god_n who_o be_v jealous_a of_o his_o glory_n and_o will_v not_o give_v it_o to_o another_o will_v break_v out_o in_o the_o fire_n of_o his_o jealousy_n against_o they_o as_o well_o as_o against_o the_o beast_n that_o great_a man_n of_o sin_n who_o sit_v in_o the_o temple_n of_o god_n and_o take_v upon_o he_o to_o make_v law_n as_o god_n it_o concern_v they_o therefore_o to_o beware_v how_o they_o go_v on_o in_o these_o way_n lest_o they_o be_v destroy_v with_o that_o son_n of_o perdition_n again_o let_v such_o consider_v that_o all_o those_o that_o ever_o exercife_v this_o power_n for_o the_o generality_n of_o they_o be_v always_o enemy_n of_o the_o most_o precious_a
