incourage_v to_o go_v on_o in_o a_o pious_a course_n and_o though_o we_o meet_v with_o black_a tongue_n although_o we_o meet_v with_o scoff_n though_o we_o bear_v the_o mark_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n yet_o let_v we_o go_v on_o still_o here_o be_v our_o comfort_n god_n live_v for_o ever_o to_o reward_v and_o recompense_v we_o for_o that_o which_o we_o shall_v suffer_v therefore_o this_o serve_v to_o encourage_v we_o to_o go_v through_o reproach_n and_o evil_a speech_n because_o god_n live_v for_o ever_o there_o be_v no_o great_a encouragement_n for_o a_o soldier_n that_o be_v in_o infinite_a effect_n intensive_o because_o it_o can_v be_v more_o powerful_a in_o every_o work_n then_o actual_a it_o be_v and_o thus_o god_n be_v able_a to_o do_v above_o all_o we_o be_v able_a to_o think_v quest_n why_o be_v it_o say_v that_o god_n be_v able_a to_o do_v whatsoever_o be_v absolute_o possible_a answ_n because_o some_o thing_n be_v absolute_o impossible_a to_o be_v do_v as_o thing_n that_o be_v repugnant_a to_o the_o perfect_a wisdom_n and_o purity_n and_o goodness_n of_o god_n nature_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v not_o want_v of_o power_n not_o to_o be_v able_a to_o do_v these_o for_o instance_n as_o we_o say_v before_o he_o can_v do_v the_o work_n of_o a_o natural_a body_n he_o can_v eat_v nor_o drink_v sleep_n etc._n etc._n why_o because_o these_o thing_n be_v repugnant_a to_o the_o perfection_n of_o his_o nature_n for_o these_o be_v work_n of_o weakness_n and_o of_o a_o natural_a body_n and_o not_o work_n of_o a_o infinite_a essence_n he_o can_v change_v that_o he_o must_v needs_o be_v a_o eternal_a son_n hereupon_o be_v it_o that_o which_o solomon_n call_v the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n saint_n john_n call_v the_o word_n of_o god_n in_o the_o beginning_n be_v the_o word_n therefore_o he_o must_v be_v a_o eternal_a person_n three_o the_o eternal_a god_n must_v have_v eternal_a power_n for_o god_n without_o power_n be_v nothing_o so_o luke_n 1.35_o by_o communication_n we_o thus_o open_v it_o he_o give_v he_o his_o whole_a essence_n because_o the_o whole_a essence_n of_o god_n be_v so_o simple_a that_o it_o can_v be_v divide_v if_o it_o be_v divide_v it_o be_v the_o overthrow_v of_o the_o whole_a essence_n therefore_o when_o he_o communicate_v he_o communicate_v not_o a_o part_n but_o the_o whole_a and_o when_o he_o communicate_v he_o do_v it_o not_o by_o alienation_n for_o than_o it_o shall_v cease_v in_o he_o that_o give_v it_o but_o it_o do_v not_o cease_v so_o but_o by_o communication_n it_o be_v so_o give_v that_o abide_v the_o work_n be_v common_a to_o all_o for_o all_o create_v but_o the_o manner_n be_v different_a you_o hear_v the_o reason_n before_o these_o can_v be_v divide_v but_o the_o father_n begin_v the_o work_n and_o execute_v it_o by_o they_o and_o the_o reason_n be_v because_o the_o father_n have_v his_o beginning_n of_o his_o person_n himself_o and_o the_o son_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n receive_v it_o from_o the_o father_n therefore_o it_o be_v the_o father_n create_v by_o they_o and_o be_v distinguish_v from_o they_o not_o in_o the_o matter_n wrought_v but_o in_o the_o manner_n of_o work_v and_o thus_o i_o have_v open_v this_o doctrine_n use_v 1_o this_o teach_v we_o how_o we_o ought_v to_o believe_v concern_v the_o father_n namely_o that_o he_o be_v thus_o distinguish_v in_o order_n not_o in_o time_n if_o any_o man_n shall_v have_v a_o thought_n &_o nourish_v it_o that_o the_o father_n shall_v be_v before_o the_o son_n or_o spirit_n in_o time_n he_o do_v not_o only_o overthrow_v the_o trinity_n as_o much_o as_o in_o he_o be_v but_o the_o deity_n s._n ambrose_n say_v if_o the_o father_n have_v beginning_n before_o the_o son_n than_o he_o be_v god_n first_o and_o father_n afterward_o that_o can_v be_v god_n turn_v this_o thought_n from_o our_o heart_n say_v he_o tell_v i_o then_o how_o do_v thou_o believe_v that_o he_o be_v the_o immutable_a god_n if_o he_o be_v so_o how_o can_v this_o stand_v there_o be_v a_o mutation_n by_o this_o accession_n of_o father_n there_o be_v a_o change_n how_o be_v he_o without_o change_n if_o a_o god_n first_o than_o a_o father_n god_n turn_v such_o conceit_n from_o we_o it_o may_v well_o be_v with_o man_n he_o be_v a_o man_n now_o and_o father_n some_o year_n after_o for_o he_o be_v subject_a to_o change_v but_o bring_v the_o nature_n of_o god_n to_o a_o change_n and_o thou_o overthrowe_v the_o nature_n of_o god_n therefore_o we_o must_v beware_v of_o this_o thus_o we_o be_v to_o believe_v that_o the_o eternal_a father_n be_v with_o the_o son_n and_o the_o eternal_a son_n with_o the_o father_n he_o that_o will_v worship_n god_n aright_o let_v he_o join_v these_o two_o together_o that_o the_o deity_n have_v join_v together_o beware_v you_o separate_v none_o of_o these_o it_o be_v true_a we_o be_v to_o hold_v it_o after_o a_o divine_a manner_n not_o to_o judge_v of_o it_o by_o a_o humane_a generation_n as_o that_o the_o father_n must_v be_v elder_a than_o the_o son_n we_o be_v not_o to_o judge_v after_o this_o manner_n for_o this_o be_v the_o ground_n of_o error_n again_o if_o the_o
