be_v able_a to_o overcome_v all_o their_o enemy_n who_o fight_v with_o spear_n and_o shield_n or_o with_o sword_n of_o steel_n or_o gun_n these_o be_v the_o devil_n weapon_n of_o war_n and_o he_o fight_v with_o the_o saint_n with_o these_o and_o such_o like_a weapon_n and_o so_o kill_v the_o body_n and_o have_v no_o more_o to_o do_v that_o be_v he_o put_v to_o death_n this_o natural_a life_n soul_n and_o yet_o shed_v no_o blood_n for_o as_o carnal_a weapon_n do_v kill_v the_o natural_a life_n of_o man_n and_o shed_v his_o blood_n so_o likewise_o those_o spiritual_a weapon_n aforementioned_a do_v kill_v that_o spiritual_a life_n in_o the_o persecutor_n with_o a_o eternal_a or_o second_o death_n and_o yet_o shed_v no_o blood_n and_o in_o this_o manner_n shall_v the_o before_o neither_o be_v the_o one_o nor_o the_o other_o not_o as_o yet_o but_o as_o john_n see_v in_o the_o vision_n the_o downfall_n of_o the_o whore_n so_o in_o his_o vision_n he_o see_v the_o he_o see_v these_o thing_n as_o if_o they_o be_v perform_v and_o do_v already_o for_o it_o be_v a_o usual_a course_n of_o the_o spirit_n to_o speak_v of_o thing_n to_o come_v as_o if_o they_o be_v in_o present_a be_v because_o the_o seed_n of_o faith_n can_v patient_o stay_v god_n time_n for_o the_o accomplishment_n of_o his_o promise_n and_o be_v content_v only_o with_o the_o assurance_n of_o faith_n in_o themselves_o that_o they_o shall_v rejoice_v in_o heaven_n that_o god_n have_v avenge_v their_o blood_n upon_o this_o wicked_a city_n babylon_n who_o kill_v the_o prophet_n apostle_n saint_n and_o martyr_n of_o jesus_n chapter_n nineteen_o and_o after_o these_o thing_n i_o hear_v a_o great_a voice_n of_o much_o people_n in_o heaven_n say_v allelujah_o salvation_n and_o glory_n and_o honour_n and_o power_n unto_o the_o lord_n

knowledge_n of_o those_o two_o foundation_n the_o scripture_n stand_v upon_o before_o to_o wit_n the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o true_a god_n and_o the_o right_a devil_n so_o that_o from_o these_o two_o foundation_n all_o the_o chief_a and_o great_a mystery_n and_o hard_a say_n in_o that_o book_n have_v be_v open_v unto_o i_o and_o i_o have_v give_v the_o interpretation_n of_o all_o the_o chief_a matter_n of_o concernment_n in_o that_o book_n first_o and_o last_o yet_o but_o very_o short_a consider_v the_o variety_n of_o mystical_a say_n in_o that_o book_n of_o john_n revelation_n but_o when_o i_o have_v serious_o consider_v and_o understand_v the_o height_n and_o depth_n of_o these_o heavenly_a say_n of_o john_n concern_v the_o true_a god_n the_o alpha_n and_o omega_n the_o first_o and_o the_o last_o that_o be_v dead_a and_o a_o alive_a and_o behold_v he_o live_v forevermore_o with_o many_o other_o heavenly_a mystery_n which_o be_v in_o my_o heart_n which_o i_o understand_v but_o i_o have_v not_o word_n in_o myself_o to_o set_v it_o forth_o and_o to_o declare_v it_o to_o other_o that_o they_o may_v understand_v these_o mystery_n also_o yet_o nevertheless_o i_o think_v it_o be_v better_a to_o
the_o heart_n and_o soul_n of_o the_o four_o beast_n and_o four_o and_o twenty_o elder_n and_o the_o odour_n be_v that_o grace_n and_o supplication_n which_o be_v offer_v up_o unto_o the_o lamb_n through_o those_o golden_a vial_n which_o vial_n be_v the_o heart_n and_o soul_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o those_o harp_n be_v the_o tongue_n of_o the_o beast_n and_o elder_n and_o saint_n which_o be_v as_o harp_n to_o sound_v forth_o the_o praise_n of_o the_o lamb._n for_o this_o i_o must_v tell_v you_o that_o the_o tongue_n of_o every_o saint_n shall_v be_v as_o a_o harp_n to_o praise_v the_o lamb_n for_o his_o great_a and_o unspeakable_a work_n of_o redemption_n which_o be_v more_o to_o be_v magnify_v by_o the_o seed_n of_o faith_n than_o the_o work_n of_o creation_n so_o that_o the_o beast_n and_o the_o elder_n and_o saint_n may_v very_o well_o sing_v that_o new_a song_n in_o the_o 9_o verse_n say_v thou_o be_v worthy_a to_o take_v the_o book_n and_o to_o open_v the_o seal_v thereof_o for_o thou_o be_v slay_v and_o have_v redeem_v we_o to_o god_n by_o thy_o blood_n out_o of_o every_o kindred_n &_o tongue_n and_o people_n and_o nation_n that_o be_v thou_o have_v redeem_v we_o to_o thyself_o by_o thy_o own_o blood_n for_o though_o thou_o be_v call_v a_o lamb_n thou_o be_v no_o other_o but_o god_n and_o thy_o blood_n be_v no_o other_o but_o the_o blood_n of_o god_n though_o call_v the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb._n because_o of_o that_o twofold_a state_n and_o condition_n thou_o be_v in_o and_o as_o the_o work_n of_o redemption_n be_v of_o great_a value_n to_o the_o redeem_a one_o than_o their_o creation_n be_v therefore_o it_o be_v that_o those_o who_o be_v wash_v in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n have_v harp_n give_v they_o to_o sound_v or_o sing_v this_o new_a song_n of_o praise_n and_o thanksgiving_n unto_o he_o that_o have_v wash_v they_o in_o his_o own_o blood_n and_o the_o new_a song_n which_o the_o beast_n and_o elder_n and_o saint_n do_v sing_v be_v set_v down_o in_o the_o 12_o verse_n say_v with_o a_o loud_a voice_n worthy_a be_v the_o lamb_n that_o be_v slay_v to_o receive_v power_n and_o riches_n and_o wisdom_n and_o strength_n and_o honour_n and_o glory_n and_o blessing_n and_o so_o to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o chapter_n give_v praise_n unto_o the_o lamb_n for_o their_o redemption_n and_o this_o be_v that_o new_a song_n which_o the_o beast_n and_o elder_n and_o saint_n shall_v sing_v to_o eternity_n it_o be_v call_v a_o new_a song_n because_o it_o be_v the_o song_n of_o the_o lamb._n for_o there_o be_v but_o two_o song_n in_o all_o to_o wit_v the_o song_n of_o moses_n and_o the_o song_n of_o the_o lamb_n and_o bless_a and_o happy_a be_v all_o those_o that_o can_v true_o sing_v the_o song_n of_o the_o lamb_n to_o know_v they_o be_v redeem_v and_o wash_v in_o his_o blood_n chap._n xv._o now_o i_o have_v give_v the_o interpretation_n of_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v of_o most_o concernment_n in_o the_o 5_o chapter_n i_o shall_v proceed_v to_o open_v the_o chief_a thing_n contain_v in_o the_o 6_o chapter_n in_o the_o first_o verse_n of_o this_o chapter_n john_n see_v in_o his_o vision_n the_o lamb_n open_v the_o seal_n and_o at_o the_o lamb_n open_v of_o the_o first_o seal_n john_n hear_v as_o it_o be_v the_o noise_n of_o thunder_n and_o in_o the_o vision_n one_o of_o the_o four_o beast_n say_v unto_o john_n come_v and_o see_v as_o for_o the_o four_o beast_n you_o may_v remember_v i_o have_v show_v what_o they_o be_v before_o and_o now_o these_o four_o beast_n do_v present_a to_o john_n understanding_n in_o the_o vision_n four_o other_o beast_n as_o in_o a_o figure_n to_o be_v four_o horse_n namely_o a_o white_a horse_n a_o red_a horse_n a_o black_a horse_n and_o a_o pale_a horse_n i_o will_v have_v the_o reader_n to_o mind_v the_o interpretation_n of_o these_o four_o horse_n and_o their_o rider_n for_o there_o be_v one_o call_v he_o that_o sit_v on_o every_o one_o of_o these_o four_o horse_n also_o there_o be_v some_o great_a and_o wonderful_a work_n do_v by_o every_o one_o of_o these_o that_o sit_v on_o these_o horse_n therefore_o call_v the_o open_n of_o the_o seal_n and_o at_o the_o open_n of_o the_o first_o seal_n john_n hear_v as_o it_o be_v in_o the_o vision_n the_o noise_n of_o thunder_n and_o after_o that_o there_o be_v present_v unto_o his_o view_n in_o the_o vision_n a_o white_a horse_n and_o he_o that_o sit_v on_o he_o have_v a_o bow_n and_o a_o crown_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o and_o he_o go_v forth_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v now_o this_o white_a horse_n which_o john_n see_v in_o the_o vision_n it_o be_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o saint_n and_o the_o righteousness_n of_o saint_n be_v the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n for_o it_o be_v paith_n that_o make_v the_o soul_n pure_a and_o white_a in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb._n according_a to_o that_o say_n revel_v 7._o and_o 13_o and_o 14_o verse_n one_o of_o the_o elder_n answer_v say_v unto_o i_o what_o be_v these_o which_o be_v array_v in_o white_a robe_n and_o in_o the_o 14_o verse_n and_o he_o say_v to_o i_o these_o be_v they_o which_o come_v out_o of_o great_a tribulation_n and_o have_v wash_v their_o robe_n and_o make_v they_o white_a in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb._n so_o in_o the_o 6_o chapter_n and_o 11_o verse_n where_o it_o be_v say_v and_o white_a robe_n be_v give_v to_o every_o one_o of_o they_o mean_v those_o which_o be_v slay_v under_o the_o altar_n that_o be_v they_o be_v slay_v for_o the_o testimony_n of_o jesus_n therefore_o say_v to_o be_v under_o the_o altar_n because_o christ_n be_v the_o altar_n itself_o many_o more_o place_n of_o scripture_n may_v be_v name_v for_o this_o purpose_n to_o prove_v that_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n be_v those_o white_a robe_n which_o the_o saint_n soul_n be_v clothe_v with_o their_o heart_n be_v purify_v by_o faith_n in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb._n for_o faith_n do_v dip_v its_o soul_n in_o his_o blood_n so_o that_o all_o original_a and_o actal_a sin_n be_v wash_v away_o as_o clean_o as_o if_o there_o have_v never_o be_v any_o sin_n at_o all_o so_o that_o the_o saint_n or_o seed_n of_o faith_n be_v clothe_v with_o the_o white_a robe_n of_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n it_o be_v the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n he_o be_v the_o author_n of_o it_o by_o wash_v their_o soul_n in_o his_o own_o blood_n so_o that_o they_o become_v as_o white_a as_o snow_n and_o this_o righteousness_n of_o the_o saint_n be_v that_o white_a horse_n and_o the_o first_o horse_n that_o john_n see_v in_o the_o vision_n for_o i_o will_v have_v the_o reader_n to_o understand_v that_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n be_v a_o real_a spiritual_a substance_n as_o the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n be_v yet_o none_o of_o they_o both_o can_v be_v see_v by_o the_o visible_a eye_n of_o sense_n not_o as_o they_o be_v in_o their_o essence_n or_o seed_n but_o by_o the_o effect_n or_o fruit_n they_o be_v know_v for_o effect_n or_o fruit_n do_v proceed_v from_o a_o invisible_a spiritual_a root_n or_o substance_n which_o root_n and_o substance_n be_v faith_n and_o reason_n and_o there_o be_v a_o righteousness_n that_o do_v arise_v from_o each_o of_o these_o which_o have_v their_o several_a effect_n or_o several_a fruit_n so_o that_o the_o tree_n may_v be_v know_v by_o the_o fruit_n that_o be_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n may_v be_v know_v and_o distinguish_v from_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n yet_o the_o life_n and_o spirit_n of_o these_o two_o tree_n be_v so_o secret_a and_o invisible_a that_o they_o can_v be_v see_v by_o the_o eye_n of_o sense_n as_o i_o say_v before_o yet_o they_o be_v two_o real_a spiritual_a substance_n that_o do_v bring_v forth_o a_o righteousness_n according_a to_o their_o nature_n that_o be_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n and_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n but_o it_o be_v those_o soul_n that_o be_v clothe_v with_o the_o white_a robe_n of_o christ_n righteousness_n of_o faith_n that_o have_v be_v wash_v in_o his_o blood_n and_o this_o be_v that_o white_a horse_n john_n speak_v of_o for_o this_o i_o will_v have_v the_o seed_n of_o faith_n to_o mind_n that_o the_o spirit_n of_o revelation_n in_o john_n do_v compare_v the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o saint_n to_o a_o white_a horse_n also_o this_o i_o will_v have_v you_o to_o mind_n though_o the_o saint_n that_o be_v clothe_v in_o white_a be_v thousand_o and_o million_o and_o innumerable_a yet_o they_o be_v call_v by_o the_o revelation_n of_o the_o spirit_n but_o one_o white_a horse_n now_o whether_o john_n do_v see_v in_o the_o vision_n the_o
form_n of_o a_o white_a horse_n it_o be_v not_o much_o material_a for_o it_o the_o spirit_n will_v call_v the_o righteousness_n of_o saint_n a_o white_a horse_n who_o shall_v gainsay_v it_o but_o however_o the_o white_a robe_n of_o the_o saint_n who_o be_v wash_v in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n be_v as_o a_o white_a horse_n for_o god_n their_o king_n to_o ride_v upon_o so_o that_o if_o you_o understand_v the_o interpretation_n of_o this_o white_a horse_n you_o may_v the_o more_o easy_o know_v the_o meaning_n of_o the_o other_o three_o horse_n also_o it_o be_v necessary_a to_o know_v who_o do_v ride_v or_o sit_v upon_o this_o white_a horse_n i_o declare_v by_o revelation_n from_o the_o holy_a spirit_n that_o he_o which_o john_n see_v sit_v on_o the_o white_a horse_n it_o be_v no_o other_o but_o christ_n himself_o it_o be_v he_o that_o have_v a_o bow_n and_o a_o crown_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o it_o may_v be_v say_v the_o crown_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o as_o he_o be_v the_o redeemer_n for_o this_o crown_n of_o glory_n that_o be_v give_v unto_o he_o it_o be_v as_o he_o be_v the_o redeemer_n and_o not_o as_o he_o be_v the_o creator_n and_o as_o he_o be_v the_o redeemer_n he_o sit_v or_o ride_v upon_o the_o white_a horse_n and_o he_o go_v forth_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v that_o be_v he_o be_v the_o author_n of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n as_o he_o be_v the_o redeemer_n that_o he_o make_v the_o saint_n so_o pure_a and_o white_a that_o they_o become_v a_o white_a horse_n for_o he_o to_o sit_v upon_o so_o that_o they_o be_v able_a by_o their_o faith_n in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n to_o suffer_v tribulation_n and_o death_n itself_o so_o that_o they_o become_v more_o than_o conqueror_n for_o he_o that_o suffer_v persecution_n for_o the_o name_n of_o jesus_n he_o do_v conquer_v more_o than_o he_o that_o do_v persecute_v and_o put_v to_o death_n so_o likewise_o christ_n that_o sit_v upon_o this_o white_a horse_n as_o he_o be_v the_o redeemer_n he_o go_v forth_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v that_o be_v he_o go_v forth_o in_o the_o power_n of_o faith_n by_o which_o he_o create_v all_o thing_n he_o go_v forth_o to_o redeem_v the_o seed_n of_o adam_n that_o be_v fall_v under_o death_n and_o the_o fear_n of_o eternal_a damnation_n so_o that_o death_n and_o hell_n get_v power_n over_o adam_n and_o his_o seed_n so_o that_o christ_n ride_v upon_o the_o white_a horse_n of_o innocency_n or_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n he_o go_v forth_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v that_o be_v he_o go_v forth_o to_o die_v to_o shed_v his_o most_o precious_a blood_n and_o by_o his_o give_a himself_o up_o unto_o death_n he_o conquer_v over_o sin_n death_n and_o hell_n therefore_o it_o be_v say_v in_o scripture_n oh_o death_n i_o will_v be_v thy_o death_n oh_o grave_n i_o will_v be_v thy_o victory_n that_o be_v he_o will_v get_v victory_n over_o the_o grave_n as_o he_o do_v over_o death_n for_o he_o destroy_v death_n in_o that_o death_n can_v not_o keep_v he_o under_o it_o for_o ever_o in_o that_o he_o pass_v through_o it_o he_o get_v victory_n over_o the_o grave_n in_o that_o the_o grave_n can_v not_o keep_v he_o enclose_v in_o the_o earth_n so_o that_o he_o go_v forth_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v never_o leave_v off_o until_o he_o have_v conquer_v all_o his_o enemy_n that_o be_v to_o say_v sin_n death_n devil_n hell_n the_o grave_n these_o all_o be_v his_o enemy_n and_o he_o have_v conquer_v over_o they_o all_o by_o his_o become_a flesh_n and_o by_o his_o suffering_n of_o death_n upon_o the_o cross_n as_o he_o be_v a_o redeemer_n or_o as_o he_o be_v god_n the_o son_n and_o these_o enemy_n do_v christ_n which_o sit_v upon_o the_o white_a horse_n go_v forth_o conquer_n and_o to_o conquer_v to_o redeem_v the_o seed_n of_o adam_n and_o this_o be_v the_o true_a meaning_n what_o be_v mean_v by_o the_o white_a horse_n and_o by_o he_o that_o sit_v thereon_o and_o by_o his_o conquer_a and_o to_o conquer_v and_o the_o bow_n which_o he_o have_v it_o signify_v the_o power_n he_o have_v to_o shout_n and_o kill_v those_o spiritual_a enemy_n which_o be_v sin_n death_n hell_n and_o devil_n which_o can_v no_o way_n have_v be_v kill_v but_o by_o give_v his_o life_n up_o unto_o death_n and_o by_o his_o pass_v through_o death_n and_o quicken_a into_o life_n again_o he_o kill_v death_n sin_n hell_n and_o the_o devil_n with_o this_o dart_n of_o offer_v up_o his_o soul_n unto_o death_n it_o be_v shoot_v through_o sin_n death_n and_o hell_n by_o the_o strength_n or_o bow_v of_o the_o power_n of_o faith_n in_o god_n and_o as_o for_o the_o crown_n that_o be_v give_v he_o it_o be_v speak_v with_o relation_n to_o the_o sonship_n of_o god_n as_o he_o be_v a_o redeemer_n so_o that_o the_o crown_n of_o glory_n that_o he_o have_v give_v he_o it_o be_v attribute_v unto_o he_o as_o he_o be_v a_o redeemer_n for_o the_o work_n of_o redemption_n be_v count_v by_o the_o redeem_a one_o more_o worthy_a of_o a_o crown_n of_o glory_n than_o the_o work_n of_o creation_n so_o that_o this_o crown_n of_o glory_n that_o be_v give_v to_o christ_n that_o sit_v upon_o the_o white_a horse_n it_o be_v in_o relation_n to_o his_o work_n of_o redemption_n in_o that_o he_o conquer_v over_o all_o those_o spiritual_a enemy_n as_o aforesaid_a so_o much_o for_o the_o first_o and_o second_o verse_n chap._n xvi_o in_o the_o 3_o verse_n it_o be_v say_v and_o when_o he_o have_v open_v the_o second_o seal_n i_o hear_v the_o second_o beast_n say_v come_v and_o see_v and_o in_o the_o 4_o verse_n there_o go_v out_o another_o horse_n that_o be_v red_a and_o power_n be_v give_v to_o he_o that_o sit_v thereon_o to_o take_v peace_n from_o the_o earth_n and_o that_o they_o shall_v kill_v one_o another_o and_o there_o be_v give_v unto_o he_o a_o great_a sword_n these_o four_o beast_n which_o john_n see_v in_o the_o vision_n do_v signify_v unto_o he_o those_o wonderful_a transaction_n which_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v act_v here_o on_o earth_n in_o the_o state_n of_o mortality_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o four_o monarchy_n and_o signify_v unto_o john_n in_o the_o way_n of_o vision_n by_o four_o horse_n now_o the_o second_o horse_n that_o do_v appear_v to_o john_n in_o the_o vision_n be_v a_o red_a horse_n and_o power_n be_v give_v to_o he_o that_o sit_v thereon_o to_o take_v peace_n from_o the_o earth_n and_o that_o they_o shall_v kill_v one_o another_o this_o monarchical_a government_n go_v forth_o upon_o a_o red_a horse_n that_o be_v shed_v of_o blood_n shall_v be_v the_o great_a work_n he_o that_o sit_v thereon_o shall_v do_v it_o be_v call_v a_o red_a horse_n because_o of_o the_o much_o shed_n of_o blood_n so_o that_o the_o blood_n of_o man_n be_v call_v a_o red_a horse_n even_o as_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n be_v call_v a_o white_a horse_n and_o as_o the_o soul_n of_o the_o saint_n be_v make_v white_a with_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n so_o be_v these_o soul_n make_v red_a with_o shed_v of_o one_o another_o blood_n so_o that_o every_o man_n soul_n become_v a_o red_a horse_n and_o he_o that_o sit_v upon_o this_o red_a horse_n have_v power_n give_v he_o to_o take_v peace_n from_o the_o earth_n and_o for_o that_o purpose_n theâ—e_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o a_o great_a sword_n now_o this_o great_a sword_n it_o be_v to_o kill_v and_o in_o kill_v one_o another_o peace_n must_v needs_o be_v take_v from_o the_o earth_n so_o that_o this_o kingly_a power_n though_o they_o be_v many_o king_n yet_o they_o be_v call_v but_o he_o that_o sit_v upon_o the_o red_a horse_n so_o likewise_o though_o there_o be_v many_o thousand_o slay_v and_o have_v their_o blood_n shed_v yet_o they_o be_v all_o call_v but_o a_o red_a horse_n so_o that_o there_o be_v but_o the_o horse_n and_o his_o rider_n for_o king_n and_o magistrate_n do_v ride_v upon_o the_o people_n in_o that_o they_o command_v the_o people_n to_o kill_v one_o another_o so_o that_o people_n which_o go_v to_o fight_v to_o shed_v one_o another_o blood_n may_v well_o be_v call_v a_o red_a horse_n for_o they_o make_v their_o soul_n as_o red_a as_o scarlet_a with_o bloodshed_n and_o the_o power_n of_o the_o magistrate_n do_v ride_v and_o sit_v upon_o this_o red_a horse_n for_o he_o have_v a_o great_a sword_n give_v unto_o he_o to_o command_v persecutor_n to_o kill_v one_o another_o and_o they_o must_v obey_v and_o become_v a_o red_a horse_n or_o else_o they_o must_v be_v kill_v themselves_o thus_o in_o short_a i_o have_v give_v you_o the_o signification_n of_o the_o red_a horse_n and_o of_o he_o that_o sit_v thereon_o for_o
case_n as_o aforesaid_a will_v speak_v no_o better_a thing_n than_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n but_o the_o very_a same_o thing_n will_v cry_v aloud_o for_o vengeance_n as_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n and_o as_o their_o blood_n do_v that_o be_v slay_v under_o the_o altar_n as_o john_n see_v in_o his_o vision_n therefore_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v say_v to_o speak_v better_a thing_n than_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n but_o this_o i_o must_v tell_v you_o it_o speak_v better_a thing_n to_o those_o that_o have_v faith_n in_o his_o death_n and_o so_o be_v wash_v by_o faith_n in_o his_o blood_n to_o those_o it_o speak_v peace_n joy_n life_n and_o salvation_n to_o the_o soul_n and_o these_o be_v better_a thing_n than_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n or_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o saint_n which_o speak_v to_o the_o soul_n fear_n horror_n death_n and_o eternal_a damnation_n these_o be_v the_o thing_n that_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n and_o all_o innocent_a blood_n do_v speak_v and_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n will_v speak_v the_o same_o thing_n as_o abel_n blood_n do_v to_o those_o that_o persecute_a and_o put_v he_o to_o death_n at_o that_o time_n so_o that_o according_a to_o the_o serpent_n desire_n his_o blood_n will_v be_v upon_o they_o and_o their_o child_n for_o the_o serpent_n child_n be_v those_o that_o walk_v in_o the_o step_n of_o their_o father_n and_o as_o they_o that_o put_v he_o to_o death_n be_v the_o seed_n of_o cain_n their_o father_n as_o christ_n say_v to_o those_o jew_n that_o seek_v his_o life_n he_o say_v unto_o they_o you_o be_v of_o your_o father_n the_o devil_n and_o his_o work_n you_o do_v for_o he_o be_v a_o murderer_n and_o a_o liar_n from_o the_o beginning_n and_o who_o be_v he_o that_o do_v the_o first_o murder_n be_v it_o not_o father_n that_o persecute_a christ_n and_o their_o persecute_v of_o christ_n in_o so_o do_v they_o justify_v the_o deed_n of_o the_o devil_n their_o father_n that_o slay_v the_o prophet_n and_o cain_n that_o slay_v abel_n the_o grandfather_n of_o all_o persecute_v devil_n for_o worship_v of_o god_n contrary_a to_o the_o tradition_n of_o their_o father_n so_o that_o the_o blood_n of_o righteous_a abel_n the_o blood_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o saint_n will_v be_v upon_o the_o conscience_n of_o the_o persecute_v seed_n of_o the_o serpent_n and_o upon_o their_o child_n who_o walk_v in_o the_o step_n of_o their_o grandfather_n cain_n and_o this_o have_v and_o will_v be_v fulfil_v upon_o all_o the_o child_n of_o those_o persecute_v jew_n which_o put_v christ_n to_o death_n so_o that_o his_o blood_n will_v be_v upon_o they_o and_o their_o child_n for_o these_o be_v their_o child_n and_o may_v be_v call_v so_o who_o be_v the_o seed_n of_o the_o serpent_n who_o walk_v in_o the_o way_n of_o their_o father_n who_o do_v kill_v the_o lord_n of_o life_n and_o so_o his_o blood_n will_v be_v upon_o they_o and_o their_o child_n as_o they_o do_v desire_v so_o that_o his_o blood_n do_v cry_v as_o the_o blood_n of_o abel_n do_v for_o eternal_a vengeance_n for_o none_o will_v shed_v blood_n upon_o that_o account_n but_o the_o serpent_n or_o devil_n and_o those_o that_o be_v his_o child_n so_o that_o you_o who_o understanding_n be_v enlighten_v may_v see_v that_o there_o be_v a_o virtue_n and_o power_n in_o the_o blood_n of_o prophet_n apostle_n and_o righteous_a man_n which_o be_v saint_n who_o suffer_v for_o the_o true_a declaration_n and_o worship_n of_o god_n to_o cry_v unto_o the_o lord_n for_o vengeance_n upon_o those_o that_o shed_v their_o blood_n and_o the_o lord_n will_v hear_v the_o cry_n of_o blood_n more_o than_o he_o will_v the_o cry_n of_o the_o saint_n before_o his_o blood_n be_v shed_v for_o the_o very_a deed_n of_o murder_n for_o religion_n sake_n have_v the_o reward_n of_o vengeance_n in_o it_o so_o that_o god_n the_o rightous_a judge_n must_v needs_o do_v right_a to_o reward_v every_o one_o according_a to_o his_o work_n so_o that_o the_o suffering_n of_o persecution_n and_o death_n for_o truth_n sake_n as_o these_o saint_n do_v as_o john_n speak_v of_o shall_v have_v a_o bless_a reward_n as_o be_v say_v in_o the_o 11_o verse_n those_o that_o be_v slay_v under_o the_o altar_n for_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o the_o testimony_n they_o hold_v they_o have_v white_a robe_n give_v unto_o every_o one_o of_o they_o and_o it_o be_v say_v to_o they_o rest_v yet_o for_o a_o little_a season_n until_o their_o fellow_n servant_n also_o and_o their_o brethren_n that_o shall_v be_v kill_v as_o they_o be_v shall_v be_v fulfil_v so_o that_o you_o the_o seed_n of_o faith_n may_v know_v that_o these_o soul_n that_o be_v slay_v under_o the_o altar_n be_v not_o yet_o in_o heaven_n neither_o be_v those_o white_a robe_n kill_v as_o they_o be_v so_o that_o it_o may_v be_v clear_a to_o you_o that_o have_v faith_n in_o the_o death_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o of_o a_o resurrection_n that_o there_o be_v no_o soul_n go_v to_o heaven_n without_o body_n so_o that_o soul_n can_v go_v to_o heaven_n and_o put_v on_o white_a robe_n to_o stand_v in_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n without_o body_n so_o that_o these_o soul_n which_o cry_v for_o vengeance_n must_o still_o in_o the_o earth_n and_o rest_n a_o season_n until_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o seed_n of_o faith_n have_v pass_v from_o death_n as_o you_o have_v so_o that_o god_n may_v raise_v you_o all_o together_o and_o clothe_v you_o all_o with_o white_a robe_n of_o righteousness_n and_o immortality_n and_o glory_n at_o the_o resurrection_n at_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n so_o that_o you_o may_v all_o be_v reward_v and_o clothe_v with_o white_a robe_n together_o and_o not_o some_o serve_v this_o year_n and_o other_o some_o the_o next_o but_o you_o shall_v all_o be_v happy_a together_o so_o that_o you_o must_v rest_v yet_o a_o little_a season_n until_o all_o thing_n be_v accomplish_v and_o then_o i_o will_v bless_v you_o with_o a_o everlasting_a crown_n of_o life_n because_o you_o suffer_v death_n for_o my_o name_n in_o witness_v to_o i_o and_o i_o will_v avenge_v your_o blood_n upon_o i_o and_o your_o enemy_n that_o persecute_v and_o put_v i_o and_o you_o to_o death_n they_o shall_v have_v their_o reward_n also_o which_o reward_n of_o their_o deed_n will_v amount_v to_o no_o less_o than_o to_o eternal_a damnation_n where_o the_o black_a and_o dark_a fire_n of_o hell_n shall_v burn_v in_o their_o soul_n to_o eternity_n which_o shall_v cause_v they_o to_o cry_v oh_o the_o eternity_n the_o eternity_n with_o sorrow_n pain_n and_o shame_n and_o when_o you_o saint_n shall_v receive_v your_o eternal_a joy_n then_o shall_v your_o enemy_n receive_v their_o eternal_a sorrow_n which_o be_v not_o yet_o neither_o will_v it_o be_v until_o all_o thing_n be_v fulfil_v which_o the_o scripture_n have_v foretell_v of_o which_o can_v be_v long_o as_o man_n do_v vain_o imagine_v because_o the_o true_a witness_n of_o the_o spirit_n be_v now_o white_a robe_n with_o they_o and_o you_o will_v not_o think_v it_o long_o for_o faith_n do_v look_v upon_o eternity_n as_o real_a as_o if_o it_o be_v in_o present_a be_v so_o that_o john_n may_v say_v by_o h_z s_z revelation_n in_o his_o vision_n that_o he_o see_v under_o the_o altar_n the_o soul_n of_o they_o that_o be_v slay_v for_o the_o word_n of_o god_n etc._n etc._n and_o the_o white_a robe_n that_o be_v give_v unto_o they_o because_o he_o by_o faith_n know_v that_o god_n will_v give_v those_o that_o be_v clothe_v with_o the_o white_a robe_n of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n a_o crown_n of_o everlasting_a joy_n and_o glory_n at_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n which_o be_v as_o sure_a as_o if_o it_o be_v in_o present_a be_v therefore_o by_o
seven_o head_n with_o himself_o and_o as_o for_o the_o ten_o horn_n they_o be_v all_o one_o for_o they_o be_v both_o blasphemer_n and_o idolater_n and_o do_v worship_n idol_n and_o image_n and_o persecute_v the_o seed_n of_o the_o woman_n and_o make_v war_n with_o the_o saint_n and_o all_o the_o victory_n the_o saint_n do_v obtain_v against_o the_o dragon_n the_o beast_n and_o their_o image_n it_o be_v by_o faith_n and_o patience_n in_o the_o blood_n of_o the_o lamb_n enable_v they_o to_o suffer_v with_o patience_n those_o ten_o persecution_n which_o those_o ten_o horn_n do_v push_v the_o saint_n with_o those_o cruel_a death_n which_o the_o revelation_n of_o john_n call_v ten_o day_n tribulation_n but_o i_o shall_v have_v occasion_n to_o speak_v more_o of_o that_o hereafter_o chap._n the_o commission_n of_o the_o apostle_n do_v successive_o last_v or_o as_o long_o as_o the_o true_a faith_n of_o christ_n be_v upon_o the_o earth_n which_o do_v last_o a_o matter_n of_o three_o hundred_o year_n from_o the_o birth_n of_o christ_n for_o after_o his_o birth_n there_o be_v true_a faith_n on_o the_o earth_n for_o when_o the_o son_n of_o man_n as_o he_o call_v himself_o do_v come_v in_o the_o flesh_n upon_o earth_n be_v there_o any_o faith_n upon_o earth_n sure_o no._n if_o there_o have_v be_v faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n they_o will_v never_o have_v seek_v to_o have_v destroy_v he_o when_o he_o be_v bear_v as_o herod_n that_o red_a dragon_n do_v and_o afterward_o his_o own_o people_n the_o jew_n so_o that_o this_o be_v to_o be_v mind_v that_o always_o when_o god_n do_v come_v with_o his_o commission_n there_o be_v little_a or_o no_o faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n be_v there_o any_o faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n when_o god_n do_v send_v moses_n to_o pharaoh_n and_o to_o israel_n moses_n be_v the_o first_o man_n which_o god_n choose_v and_o give_v a_o commission_n to_o write_v scripture_n i_o say_v be_v there_o any_o faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n at_o the_o first_o appear_v of_o god_n sure_o no._n but_o after_o moses_n have_v appear_v then_o there_o be_v faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n but_o at_o his_o first_o appear_v there_o be_v no_o faith_n on_o the_o earth_n so_o likewise_o at_o the_o second_o appear_v of_o god_n that_o be_v to_o say_v when_o christ_n be_v bear_v be_v there_o any_o faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n at_o that_o time_n but_o only_o in_o old_a simeon_n and_o his_o wife_n and_o joseph_n the_o suppose_a father_n of_o christ_n the_o earth_n be_v very_o barren_a of_o true_a faith_n at_o the_o appear_v of_o god_n in_o this_o way_n but_o after_o his_o appear_v there_o be_v much_o true_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n as_o may_v be_v read_v concern_v christ_n himself_o that_o many_o believe_v on_o he_o and_o a_o great_a number_n of_o people_n believe_v on_o his_o apostle_n more_o than_o do_v on_o himself_o so_o that_o there_o be_v great_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n in_o the_o time_n of_o god_n appear_v in_o his_o commission_n of_o the_o blood_n but_o before_o or_o at_o the_o first_o appear_v there_o be_v very_o little_a or_o no_o faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n so_o likewise_o at_o god_n three_o appear_v in_o his_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n be_v there_o any_o true_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n sure_o no._n this_o i_o know_v by_o experience_n that_o there_o be_v no_o true_a faith_n on_o the_o earth_n but_o since_o god_n have_v appear_v in_o the_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n there_o be_v true_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n more_o than_o have_v be_v this_o thirteen_o hundred_o and_o fifty_o year_n so_o that_o at_o the_o appear_v of_o god_n in_o his_o three_o commission_n there_o be_v very_o little_a or_o no_o true_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n i_o mean_v at_o their_o first_o appear_v but_o after_o their_o appear_v there_o be_v true_a faith_n upon_o the_o earth_n and_o that_o more_o abundant_a then_o at_o any_o other_o time_n for_o that_o faith_n which_o be_v between_o commission_n it_o be_v but_o a_o traditional_a faith_n and_o not_o a_o save_a and_o justify_v faith_n i_o only_o give_v the_o seed_n of_o faith_n this_o birâ—_n that_o they_o may_v distinguish_v and_o know_v the_o christ_n in_o that_o dragon_n herod_n and_o afterward_o the_o spirit_n and_o power_n of_o the_o dragon_n it_o be_v invest_v or_o seat_v upon_o this_o beast_n he_o be_v the_o first_o head_n which_o the_o dragon_n do_v give_v all_o his_o power_n and_o authority_n and_o his_o seat_n unto_o that_o it_o the_o same_o spirit_n of_o reason_n that_o be_v in_o herod_n the_o dragon_n it_o be_v in_o the_o seed_n of_o this_o beast_n so_o that_o this_o b_o fast_o have_v the_o same_o spirit_n of_o reason_n in_o he_o as_o the_o dragon_n aforesaid_a have_v he_o do_v exercise_v the_o idolatry_n blasphemy_n and_o persecution_n of_o the_o saint_n as_o the_o dragon_n do_v so_o that_o he_o be_v of_o the_o same_o spirit_n and_o practice_n as_o the_o dragon_n be_v it_o may_v be_v say_v that_o he_o receive_v the_o dragon_n seat_n power_n and_o authority_n he_o be_v the_o first_o head_n that_o succeed_v the_o dragon_n for_o this_o i_o will_v have_v the_o seed_n of_o faith_n to_o know_v that_o this_o spirit_n of_o the_o dragon_n it_o go_v through_o the_o seed_n of_o all_o those_o seven_o head_n and_o all_o that_o persecution_n that_o be_v act_v in_o that_o three_o hundred_o year_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o commission_n of_o the_o apostle_n it_o be_v reckon_v all_o but_o unto_o seven_o head_n or_o seven_o beast_n though_o more_o wicked_a king_n then_o these_o seven_o may_v persecute_v the_o saint_n in_o those_o ten_o persecution_n in_o that_o three_o hundred_o year_n yet_o they_o be_v all_o include_v in_o those_o seven_o because_o the_o same_o spirit_n of_o reason_n that_o be_v in_o the_o dragon_n the_o same_o be_v in_o the_o seven_o and_o so_o in_o the_o seed_n of_o all_o wicked_a king_n so_o that_o they_o all_o act_v as_o the_o dragon_n do_v in_o blaspheme_v the_o live_a god_n and_o persecute_v his_o saint_n for_o as_o all_o good_a king_n be_v include_v but_o into_o four_o good_a beast_n as_o i_o say_v before_o so_o likewise_o all_o wicked_a persecute_v king_n be_v include_v in_o those_o seven_o head_n or_o seven_o wicked_a beast_n they_o be_v of_o the_o same_o seed_n and_o nature_n as_o the_o dragon_n be_v and_o walk_v in_o the_o same_o step_n of_o idolatry_n blasphemy_n and_o persecution_n as_o he_o do_v they_o may_v be_v say_v all_o of_o they_o to_o receive_v the_o seat_n power_n and_o authority_n of_o the_o dragon_n which_o be_v no_o other_o but_o the_o spirit_n of_o reason_n who_o original_a be_v from_o the_o fall_a angel_n though_o call_v a_o dragon_n a_o serpent_n a_o devil_n the_o seed_n of_o reason_n be_v all_o this_o and_o more_o but_o little_o do_v man_n think_v that_o the_o spirit_n of_o reason_n in_o every_o man_n poor_a and_o rich_a bond_n or_o free_a high_a or_o low_o king_n or_o people_n be_v the_o devil_n serpent_n and_o dragon_n for_o many_o poor_a man_n have_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o dragon_n in_o they_o only_o they_o have_v not_o power_n to_o execute_v it_o upon_o the_o saint_n nor_o his_o fellow-creature_n therefore_o when_o the_o spirit_n do_v call_v a_o man_n a_o dragon_n or_o a_o beast_n it_o be_v with_o relation_n to_o that_o power_n that_o be_v invest_v upon_o or_o in_o a_o king_n or_o head-magistrate_n so_o that_o he_o be_v the_o head_n or_o chief_a above_o all_o other_o he_o have_v power_n and_o authority_n to_o do_v good_a or_o hurt_n and_o according_a as_o his_o authority_n and_o power_n do_v act_v itself_o forth_o on_o this_o earth_n in_o righteousness_n justice_n and_o worship_v the_o true_a god_n he_o be_v call_v by_o the_o revelation_n
be_v the_o song_n of_o the_o lamb_n that_o be_v the_o song_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o jesus_n and_o the_o other_o hundred_o forty_o and_o four_o thousand_o in_o the_o seven_o chapter_n they_o sing_v the_o song_n of_o moses_n that_o be_v the_o song_n of_o the_o law_n now_o there_o be_v no_o man_n that_o can_v learn_v or_o sing_v this_o new_a song_n of_o praise_n unto_o the_o lamb_n nor_o the_o this_o interpretation_n and_o as_o for_o their_o be_v virgin_n the_o meaning_n be_v this_o they_o be_v not_o taint_v with_o the_o idolatrous_a worship_n of_o the_o nation_n set_v up_o by_o those_o beast_n aforesaid_a that_o they_o be_v as_o pure_a in_o their_o soul_n from_o idolatry_n as_o a_o virgin_n be_v from_o know_v of_o man_n for_o as_o a_o virgin_n be_v not_o defile_v with_o man_n so_o be_v these_o saint_n not_o defile_v with_o idol_n and_o image_n which_o idol_n and_o image_n be_v call_v in_o the_o spiritual_a woman_n for_o they_o follow_v the_o lamb_n whithersoever_o he_o go_v that_o be_v they_o follow_v he_o in_o the_o worship_n of_o the_o gospel_n notwithstanding_o that_o great_a idolatry_n and_o persecution_n there_o be_v in_o the_o time_n while_o the_o apostle_n
