every_o part_n and_o parcel_n thereof_o and_o all_o our_o right_a interest_n title_n claim_n and_o demand_v of_o in_o or_o to_o the_o same_o every_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o we_o will_v and_o precedent_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o register_n they_o present_a be_v not_o less_o in_o number_n then_o fifteen_o whereof_o the_o precedent_n or_o in_o his_o absence_n the_o vice-president_n to_o be_v one_o be_v assemble_v together_o in_o their_o hall_n or_o council-house_n aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v from_o time_n to_o time_n nominate_v elect_a and_o appoint_v one_o honest_a and_o discreet_a person_n be_v one_o of_o the_o fellow_n of_o the_o say_a college_n who_o shall_v be_v and_o shall_v be_v call_v the_o register_n to_o the_o same_o college_n and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o reasonable_a and_o just_a cause_n remove_v expel_v and_o put_v out_o of_o he_o and_o their_o say_a office_n and_o etc._n place_n and_o elect_a and_o put_v other_o in_o his_o and_o their_o room_n and_o place_n when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o to_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o fellow_n or_o vice-president_n and_o fellow_n in_o the_o absence_n of_o the_o precedent_n or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o our_o use_n in_o one_o or_o more_o several_a recognizance_n in_o such_o sum_n or_o sum_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a not_o exceed_v the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n with_o condition_n
