any_o king_n ruler_n or_o governor_n to_o be_v repute_v oppressor_n persecutor_n and_o violent_a man_n this_o be_v infamous_a and_o of_o bad_a report_n among_o man_n and_o abomination_n and_o wickedness_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n for_o any_o ruler_n upon_o earth_n to_o be_v oppressor_n persecutor_n and_o cruel_a man_n and_o such_o consequent_o must_v they_o be_v that_o be_v imposer_n upon_o man_n conscience_n in_o matter_n religious_a and_o this_o danger_n all_o the_o ruler_n of_o the_o world_n be_v in_o that_o do_v impose_v religion_n by_o force_n even_o to_o render_v will_v be_v wise_a now_o in_o their_o last_o day_n and_o will_v consider_v the_o unjustness_n and_o unreasonableness_n of_o their_o impose_v religion_n and_o the_o many_o danger_n that_o attend_v the_o same_o oh_o that_o they_o will_v learn_v god_n counsel_n and_o rule_v only_o for_o he_o in_o justice_n mercy_n truth_n equity_n and_o true_a judgement_n exercise_v the_o same_o in_o the_o meek_a and_o lowly_a spirit_n of_o jesus_n among_o man_n and_o over_o who_o they_o be_v set_v to_o rule_n in_o this_o world_n and_o will_v give_v to_o god_n almighty_a his_o due_a and_o right_o and_o exercise_n of_o conscience_n oh_o than_o will_v it_o go_v well_o with_o they_o and_o happy_a and_o bless_a shall_v they_o be_v in_o such_o their_o authority_n and_o peace_n shall_v be_v unto_o they_o if_o that_o they_o only_o take_v the_o government_n as_o appoint_v of_o god_n over_o the_o outward_a man_n and_o do_v not_o impose_v upon_o the_o inward_a man_n by_o force_n in_o religious_a matter_n hurry_v about_o thou_o and_o flatter_v thou_o with_o fair_a and_o crafty_a word_n and_o smooth_a petition_n and_o request_n for_o protection_n and_o establishment_n from_o thou_o and_o for_o large_a maintenance_n and_o stipend_n and_o tithe_n and_o possible_o they_o may_v complain_v to_o thou_o against_o such_o as_o can_v give_v they_o hâ—re_o and_o tithe_n but_o may_v reprove_v their_o evil_n
