our_o law-book_n speak_v not_o of_o licenses_fw-la or_o dispensation_n general_a or_o particular_a by_o parliament_n but_o by_o the_o king_n the_o king_n be_v right_o be_v to_o dispense_v the_o put_v the_o legislative_a power_n in_o the_o king_n sole_o which_o be_v of_o the_o essence_n of_o a_o parliament_n so_o to_o put_v those_o power_n into_o a_o parliament_n which_o be_v of_o the_o as_o be_v insist_v these_o law_n be_v thus_o far_o defective_a and_o aught_o to_o be_v alter_v these_o power_n not_o be_v fit_a to_o be_v exercise_v but_o by_o parliament_n only_o and_o to_o be_v
