be_v this_o that_o they_o have_v pastor_n of_o their_o own_o before_o the_o re-establishment_n of_o our_o church_n and_o therefore_o though_o they_o may_v occasional_o communicate_v with_o we_o as_o those_o of_o one_o parish_n may_v go_v to_o a_o neighbour_a church_n upon_o occasion_n yet_o they_o can_v do_v it_o constant_o because_o of_o their_o antecedent_n obligation_n to_o their_o own_o pastor_n this_o excuse_n if_o it_o be_v admit_v will_v not_o serve_v half_o the_o turn_n for_o if_o this_o have_v any_o force_n why_o shall_v it_o not_o have_v be_v admit_v in_o the_o cause_n of_o those_o minister_n that_o be_v turn_v out_o illegal_o to_o make_v room_n for_o the_o presbyterian_o why_o be_v these_o loyal_a minister_n desert_v by_o the_o presbyterian_o of_o those_o day_n when_o they_o be_v force_v by_o usurp_a power_n from_o the_o exercise_n of_o their_o function_n beside_o there_o be_v but_o few_o of_o such_o minister_n now_o live_v so_o that_o the_o excuse_n serve_v but_o very_o few_o presbyterian_a assembly_n and_o there_o be_v few_o yet_o upon_o the_o place_n where_o they_o be_v minister_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o late_a rebellion_n and_o therefore_o that_o relation_n cease_v which_o this_o excuse_n do_v suppose_v for_o why_o shall_v a_o company_n of_o presbyterian_o in_o london_n join_v themselves_o to_o one_o that_o teach_v in_o hull_n or_o york_n or_o perhaps_o in_o scotland_n upon_o this_o pretence_n that_o they_o ought_v not_o to_o forsake_v their_o former_a minister_n so_o this_o can_v be_v no_o excuse_n why_o that_o occasional_a communion_n which_o the_o presbyterian_o profess_v lawful_a to_o hold_v with_o the_o church_n of_o england_n shall_v not_o be_v improve_v into_o a_o constant_a one_o therefore_o there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o toleration_n for_o those_o who_o by_o their_o own_o principle_n may_v communicate_v with_o we_o upon_o occasion_n especial_o the_o occasion_n of_o a_o office_n for_o which_o they_o be_v to_o be_v qualify_v by_o such_o communion_n 3._o the_o independent_n indeed_o hold_v a_o necessity_n of_o separate_n from_o our_o and_o all_o other_o church_n that_o be_v not_o of_o their_o form_n and_o so_o their_o principle_n render_v their_o compliance_n with_o some_o of_o our_o law_n more_o impracticable_a yet_o they_o have_v no_o reason_n to_o desire_v a_o toleration_n for_o conventicle_n since_o those_o that_o the_o law_n make_v such_o be_v not_o necessary_a to_o they_o according_a to_o their_o own_o principle_n for_o the_o notion_n they_o have_v of_o a_o church_n make_v such_o conventicle_n as_o the_o law_n punish_v to_o be_v unnecessary_a for_o robinson_n affirm_v that_o where_o two_o or_o three_o people_n be_v gather_v there_o be_v a_o church_n cotton_n require_v a_o few_o more_o to_o make_v up_o the_o integrity_n of_o a_o organic_n church_n i._n e._n 7_o or_o 8._o now_o the_o law_n make_v no_o assembly_n to_o be_v a_o conventicle_n that_o have_v not_o near_o this_o number_n
