same_o religion_n with_o we_o why_o do_v they_o break_v our_o communion_n why_o do_v they_o make_v a_o rent_n and_o a_o schism_n in_o the_o church_n for_o nothing_o they_o indeed_o that_o forsake_v a_o corrupt_a church_n or_o a_o idolatrous_a worship_n they_o that_o leave_v the_o communion_n of_o a_o church_n in_o which_o they_o think_v they_o can_v not_o be_v save_v act_n prudent_o and_o wise_o but_o to_o forsake_v a_o church_n and_o at_o the_o same_o time_n to_o profess_v that_o they_o be_v still_o of_o the_o same_o religion_n with_o that_o church_n which_o they_o have_v forsake_v be_v a_o practice_n which_o i_o think_v no_o account_n can_v be_v give_v of_o this_o be_v certain_o to_o break_v the_o unity_n of_o the_o church_n for_o nothing_o and_o needless_o to_o make_v a_o rent_n and_o a_o schism_n in_o the_o body_n of_o christ_n and_o that_o very_a thing_n which_o they_o plead_v in_o excuse_n for_o their_o schism_n do_v to_o my_o apprehension_n render_v it_o altogether_o it_o when_o by_o his_o own_o confession_n he_o do_v not_o mend_v himself_o by_o the_o change_n but_o may_v have_v be_v save_v as_o well_o in_o that_o church_n which_o he_o leave_v as_o in_o that_o yet_o she_o have_v also_o some_o unnecessary_a observance_n some_o rite_n and_o ceremony_n which_o they_o think_v may_v be_v better_o omit_v and_o which_o be_v not_o use_v in_o those_o religious_a meeting_n which_o they_o join_v themselves_o to_o but_o to_o this_o the_o answer_n be_v easy_a either_o these_o circumstantial_o of_o our_o worship_n these_o rite_n and_o ceremony_n be_v lawful_a to_o be_v use_v or_o not_o now_o if_o they_o be_v not_o lawful_a to_o be_v use_v if_o for_o instance_n it_o be_v unlawful_a to_o be_v present_a at_o and_o to_o join_v in_o those_o prayer_n which_o the_o minister_n put_v up_o while_o he_o be_v clothe_v with_o a_o white_a garment_n or_o if_o it_o be_v unlawful_a to_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n upon_o the_o knee_n why_o do_v they_o ever_o do_v these_o please_v all_o people_n so_o that_o either_o church-communion_n be_v no_o duty_n or_o else_o such_o dislike_n of_o the_o fancy_n only_o can_v be_v a_o sufficient_a ground_n of_o a_o separation_n for_o there_o be_v no_o congregation_n where_o the_o minister_n be_v not_o clothe_v with_o some_o garment_n or_o other_o and_o where_o the_o sacrament_n be_v not_o receive_v in_o some_o posture_n or_o other_o and_o there_o be_v no_o garment_n or_o posture_n which_o some_o may_v not_o have_v a_o fancy_n against_o as_o well_o as_o against_o these_o and_o with_o as_o good_a reason_n nay_o not_o only_o the_o fancy_n of_o divers_a man_n but_o even_o of_o the_o same_o man_n at_o divers_a time_n be_v so_o very_o different_a as_o to_o such_o thing_n that_o what_o they_o like_v one_o day_n they_o oftentimes_o dislike_v as_o much_o the_o next_o so_o that_o he_o who_o go_v from_o a_o pure_a and_o orthodox_n church_n upon_o such_o trivial_a account_n can_v tell_v himself_o whither_o he_o shall_v go_v at_o last_o but_o it_o be_v most_o probable_a that_o if_o he_o go_v on_o thus_o indulge_v his_o fancy_n he_o will_v be_v one_o day_n of_o this_o sect_n another_o of_o another_o and_o a_o three_o of_o a_o three_o till_o at_o last_o have_v try_v all_o sect_n and_o find_v in_o every_o one_o something_o that_o he_o dislike_v he_o will_v come_v to_o be_v of_o no_o religion_n at_o all_o or_o if_o not_o so_o yet_o it_o be_v high_o probable_a that_o while_o he_o thus_o busy_v himself_o about_o the_o ceremony_n and_o circumstantial_o of_o religion_n he_o will_v neglect_v the_o substance_n of_o it_o and_o omit_v the_o weighty_a matter_n of_o the_o law_n judgement_n mercy_n and_o faith_n without_o which_o all_o his_o zeal_n for_o the_o external_a purity_n of_o the_o divine_a worship_n will_v well_o worthy_a to_o be_v consider_v by_o a_o great_a many_o that_o nowadays_o do_v forsake_v our_o church_n not_o to_o go_v to_o any_o other_o religious_a assembly_n but_o to_o spend_v their_o time_n in_o sleep_v or_o doze_v at_o home_n or_o in_o tipple_a at_o the_o alehouse_n if_o we_o go_v

of_o worship_n will_v you_o go_v over_o to_o these_o but_o why_o shall_v you_o make_v a_o schism_n in_o the_o church_n for_o nothing_o only_o because_o her_o rite_n and_o ceremony_n be_v not_o exact_o suit_v to_o your_o fancy_n why_o shall_v you_o break_v the_o unity_n of_o that_o church_n whereof_o you_o be_v member_n and_o with_o which_o you_o agree_v in_o all_o the_o essential_o of_o doctrine_n and_o worship_n only_o for_o the_o sake_n of_o two_o or_o three_o harmless_a ceremony_n which_o she_o use_v indeed_o in_o her_o public_a worship_n for_o decency_n and_o order_n sake_n but_o which_o
