rest_v the_o seven_o from_o create_v any_o more_o so_o shall_v we_o rest_v from_o all_o our_o own_o work_n q._n do_v the_o lord_n cease_v from_o all_o work_n on_o the_o seven_o day_n a._n no_o very_o he_o do_v then_o and_o still_o continue_v to_o do_v a_o great_a work_n in_o preserve_v the_o thing_n create_v and_o so_o must_v we_o learn_v not_o to_o be_v idle_a upon_o the_o lord_n day_n but_o to_o attend_v upon_o the_o lord_n service_n and_o by_o his_o example_n we_o may_v save_v thing_n on_o that_o day_n which_o otherwise_o will_v be_v lose_v but_o we_o may_v not_o get_v or_o gain_v more_o q._n what_o be_v mean_v by_o sanctify_v it_o a._n the_o set_n it_o apart_o from_o worldly_a business_n to_o the_o service_n of_o god_n q._n what_o by_o blessing_n a._n not_o that_o this_o day_n in_o itself_o be_v more_o bless_a then_o other_o day_n but_o that_o in_o set_v it_o apart_o and_o separate_a it_o by_o this_o commandment_n from_o other_o day_n to_o be_v keep_v holy_a by_o public_a exercise_n of_o his_o holy_a worship_n and_o service_n he_o make_v it_o a_o effectual_a mean_n of_o blessing_n to_o they_o that_o shall_v sanctify_v it_o as_o they_o ought_v q._n wherein_o shall_v they_o be_v bless_v that_o keep_v the_o sabbath_n day_n a._n first_o in_o a_o increase_n both_o of_o the_o knowledge_n and_o fear_n of_o god_n and_o all_o other_o spiritual_a and_o heavenly_a grace_n accompany_v salvation_n second_o in_o matter_n of_o this_o life_n we_o shall_v not_o only_o not_o be_v hinder_v by_o keep_v the_o sabbath_n but_o more_o bless_a then_o if_o we_o do_v work_v that_o day_n as_o of_o the_o other_o side_n the_o gain_n on_o the_o lord_n day_n shall_v by_o the_o curse_n of_o god_n melt_v and_o vanish_v away_o what_o show_v of_o profit_n soever_o it_o have_v and_o bring_v some_o curse_n or_o other_o upon_o our_o labour_n in_o the_o week_n day_n which_o in_o themselves_o be_v lawful_a and_o honest_a so_o much_o of_o the_o first_o table_n concern_v our_o duty_n to_o god_n the_o due_a performance_n whereof_o be_v call_v piety_n wherein_o god_n as_o a_o king_n or_o father_n of_o a_o household_n do_v teach_v his_o subject_n or_o family_n their_o duty_n towards_o himself_o now_o follow_v our_o duty_n to_o ourselves_o and_o our_o neighbour_n teach_v in_o the_o second_o table_n in_o the_o six_o other_o commandment_n chap._n 19_o of_o the_o duty_n to_o
