offend_v with_o and_o affirm_v it_o as_o a_o truth_n that_o the_o person_n engage_v in_o this_o dissent_n have_v much_o rather_o this_o treatise_n be_v suppress_v and_o as_o a_o untimely_a birth_n practice_n have_v not_o yet_o suit_v to_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o synod_n we_o know_v by_o our_o own_o experience_n how_o many_o hindrance_n there_o may_v be_v of_o that_o though_o their_o judgement_n be_v for_o it_o but_o concern_v the_o judgement_n of_o new-england_n elder_n and_o church_n let_v the_o preface_n to_o the_o synod_n be_v read_v by_o which_o it_o will_v appear_v that_o the_o most_o eminent_a elder_n in_o the_o most_o considerable_a church_n and_o the_o messenger_n of_o the_o church_n of_o new-england_n be_v general_o for_o this_o doctrine_n in_o the_o synod_n hold_v infidel-servant_n and_o excommunication_n the_o most_o effectual_a ordinance_n of_o christ_n to_o destroy_v the_o flesh_n and_o save_o the_o soul_n must_v not_o touch_v they_o 3._o so_o quick_a they_o be_v that_o if_o the_o lord_n be_v not_o please_v to_o give_v they_o save_v faith_n and_o grace_n so_o soon_o as_o they_o come_v to_o adult_v age_n disow_v they_o as_o no_o member_n and_o so_o let_v they_o go_v now_o how_o far_o unlike_o this_o be_v to_o god_n way_n who_o do_v not_o see_v and_o i_o must_v confess_v this_o be_v to_o i_o one_o great_a argument_n that_o the_o way_n of_o these_o
