internal_o material_o evil_a and_o such_o as_o be_v unlawful_a only_o by_o some_o positive_a prohibition_n in_o scripture_n be_v here_o little_a helpful_a to_o he_o for_o we_o tell_v he_o that_o the_o thing_n in_o question_n some_o if_o not_o all_o be_v natural_o internal_o evil_a and_o some_o become_v material_o evil_a by_o some_o evil_a circumstance_n if_o a_o prohibition_n will_v make_v a_o thing_n material_o evil_a as_o he_o seem_v to_o allow_v and_o as_o against_o some_o special_a law_n the_o second_o or_o three_o commandment_n and_o that_o special_a law_n of_o nature_n 1_o cor._n 14.40_o which_o in_o his_o own_o judgement_n be_v a_o law_n of_o nature_n which_o the_o god_n of_o nature_n will_v not_o reverse_v and_o so_o immutable_o such_o thing_n inexpedient_a in_o worship_n though_o but_o inconvenient_a in_o their_o use_n be_v as_o natural_o internal_o evil_a as_o be_v any_o other_o thing_n prohibit_v by_o a_o moral_a law_n and_o therefore_o not_o to_o be_v submit_v to_o for_o any_o external_a humane_a necessity_n that_o law_n of_o indulgence_n of_o god_n i_o will_v have_v mercy_n to_o man_n or_o beast_n rather_o than_o sacrifice_n deserve_v he_o and_o our_o wonder_n and_o astonishment_n but_o little_a to_o his_o present_a purpose_n for_o it_o be_v applyable_a only_o in_o case_n of_o emergent_a and_o providential_a necessity_n and_o then_o also_o but_o when_o compare_v with_o sacrifice_n the_n external_a and_o ceremonial_a part_n of_o worship_n as_o himself_o speak_v e._n gr_n a_o house_n be_v on_o fire_n a_o man_n or_o beast_n be_v fall_v into_o a_o pit_n on_o the_o sabbath_n day_n in_o time_n of_o public_a worship_n in_o danger_n to_o perish_v here_o god_n will_v have_v mercy_n and_o not_o sacrifice_n as_o paul_n leave_v off_o preach_v to_o recover_v the_o man_n fall_v down_o dead_a the_o reason_n be_v evident_a because_o to_o preserve_v life_n and_o good_n be_v moral_a commandment_n and_o the_o external_a exercise_n of_o religion_n be_v in_o a_o kind_n ceremonial_a and_o beside_o these_o may_v be_v delay_v and_o make_v good_a another_o time_n but_o the_o other_o will_v perish_v if_o not_o speedy_o succour_v the_o positive_a say_v he_o well_o must_v yield_v to_o the_o natural_a and_o moral_a duty_n the_o less_o necessity_n to_o the_o more_o necessary_a
