the_o lord_n of_o the_o session_n alter_v the_o conclusion_n of_o criminal_a libel_n for_o treason_n make_v the_o certification_n to_o be_v that_o probation_n shall_v be_v lead_v against_o they_o and_o they_o shall_v be_v forefault_v as_o if_o they_o be_v present_a and_o therefore_o by_o this_o act_n these_o decreet_n of_o the_o justice_n be_v ratify_v and_o for_o the_o future_a it_o be_v ordain_v that_o such_o as_o rise_v in_o arm_n in_o open_a and_o manifest_a rebellion_n against_o the_o king_n may_v be_v forefault_v before_o the_o justice_n court_n so_o that_o this_o method_n can_v only_o be_v take_v against_o such_o as_o be_v guilty_a of_o perduellion_n but_o not_o in_o statutory_a or_o other_o treason_n such_o as_o the_o raise_v a_o fray_n in_o the_o king_n host_n draw_v treasonable_a paper_n etc._n etc._n for_o these_o can_v yet_o only_o be_v forefault_v before_o the_o parliament_n though_o they_o may_v be_v declare_v rebel_n before_o the_o justice_n and_o it_o have_v be_v doubt_v whether_o the_o hound_v out_o to_o open_a rebellion_n or_o the_o reset_a those_o who_o be_v at_o they_o be_v punishable_a by_o the_o justice_n in_o absence_n
