the_o law_n of_o nature_n be_v make_v law_n only_o by_o be_v make_v part_n of_o the_o civil_a law_n and_o if_o the_o civil_a law_n do_v not_o provide_v a_o restraint_n from_o the_o violation_n of_o faith_n by_o the_o terror_n of_o the_o punishment_n that_o must_v attend_v it_o the_o obligation_n from_o the_o law_n
