in_o her_o lade_n of_o what_o country_n build_v how_o man_v who_o be_v master_n during_o the_o voyage_n and_o who_o be_v owner_n thereof_o and_o in_o all_o out-port_n or_o member_n to_o come_v direct_o up_o to_o the_o place_n of_o unlade_v penalty_n the_o penalty_n as_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o port_n require_v and_o will_v admit_v and_o make_v entry_n as_o aforesaid_a upon_o the_o port_n beyond_o the_o sea_n or_o out_o of_o the_o realm_n of_o scotland_n shall_v unload_v or_o put_v on_o board_n any_o light_a boat_n or_o bottom_n or_o lay_v on_o land_n or_o suffer_v to_o be_v discharge_v or_o put_v into_o any_o light_a boat_n or_o bottom_n or_o to_o be_v lay_v on_o land_n out_o of_o any_o ship_n or_o vessel_n as_o aforesaid_a any_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandise_n whatsoever_o before_o such_o captain_n master_n purser_n or_o other_o person_n take_v charge_n of_o the_o ship_n or_o merchant_n good_n for_o that_o voyage_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v have_v signify_v and_o declare_v in_o write_v under_o he_o or_o their_o hand_n unto_o the_o person_n or_o person_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n for_o manage_v the_o custom_n the_o customer_n or_o collector_n and_o comptroller_n inward_o of_o the_o port_n where_o he_o arrive_v the_o name_n of_o every_o merchant_n or_o lader_n of_o any_o good_n or_o merchandize_n aboard_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n together_o with_o the_o number_n and_o mark_n and_o the_o quantity_n and_o quality_n of_o every_o parcel_n of_o good_n and_o merchandize_n to_o the_o best_a of_o his_o knowledge_n and_o shall_v have_v answer_v upon_o his_o or_o their_o corporal_a oath_n to_o such_o question_n concern_v such_o good_n and_o merchandize_n as_o shall_v be_v public_o administer_v unto_o
