elder_a brother_n prince_n henry_n by_o which_o it_o appear_v that_o proximity_n of_o blood_n be_v ennoble_v with_o all_o the_o prerogative_n and_o preference_n of_o primogeniture_n but_o leave_v this_o way_n of_o argue_v the_o point_n to_o be_v far_o illustrate_v and_o pursue_v by_o the_o churchman_n and_o civilian_n i_o shall_v for_o the_o most_o part_n derive_v my_o own_o proof_n thereof_o from_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o common_a and_o statute-law_n of_o england_n from_o record_n of_o parliament_n and_o other_o erudition_n of_o that_o kind_n as_o best_o sort_v with_o my_o person_n and_o profession_n and_o a_o discourse_n of_o this_o nature_n first_o than_o it_o be_v most_o evident_a that_o all_o the_o human_a act_n and_o power_n in_o the_o world_n can_v hinder_v the_o descent_n of_o the_o crown_n upon_o the_o next_o heir_n of_o the_o blood_n i_o do_v agree_v they_o may_v hinder_v the_o possession_n and_o enjoyment_n and_o so_o they_o have_v often_o do_v by_o open_a hostility_n and_o violence_n but_o i_o say_v they_o can_v hinder_v the_o descent_n and_o the_o reason_n be_v plain_a because_o this_o be_v a_o dowry_n which_o the_o great_a king_n of_o king_n have_v because_o all_o our_o historian_n do_v with_o one_o voice_n proclaim_v he_o one_o of_o the_o wise_a and_o most_o sagacious_a prince_n that_o ever_o sway_v the_o sceptre_n in_o this_o realm_n now_o 18_o year_n of_o age_n and_o a_o bold_a prince_n have_v not_o be_v impossible_a to_o have_v come_v upon_o he_o because_o upon_o the_o decease_n of_o king_n henry_n queen_n in_o who_o as_o i_o have_v
