that_o proceed_v from_o the_o ruler_n 6._o when_o wicked_a man_n be_v advance_v to_o rule_n and_o eminency_n among_o man_n they_o labour_v to_o fill_v all_o the_o place_n of_o power_n and_o trust_n under_o they_o with_o such_o as_o themselves_o that_o they_o may_v have_v many_o to_o serve_v they_o in_o their_o lust_n and_o few_o to_o oppose_v or_o make_v they_o ashamed_a for_o it_o come_v from_o the_o error_n of_o the_o ruler_n that_o folly_n be_v set_v in_o high_a dignity_n 7._o when_o wicked_a man_n be_v advance_v to_o power_n and_o place_n the_o godly_a &_o they_o that_o be_v enrich_v with_o fit_a enduement_n for_o government_n be_v not_o only_o slight_v be_v put_v out_o or_o keep_v out_o of_o power_n but_o often_o also_o redact_v to_o great_a misery_n oppress_v &_o bear_v down_o
