pass_a or_o go_v out_o of_o this_o realm_n to_o serve_v a_o foreign_a prince_n etc._n etc._n without_o take_v the_o oath_n or_o if_o of_o that_o quality_n enter_v into_o bond_n be_v felony_n by_o this_o statute_n although_o the_o party_n be_v never_o receive_v into_o actual_a service_n for_o the_o word_n be_v in_o the_o disjunctive_a go_v or_o pass_v to_o serve_v or_o voluntary_o serve_v co._n 3._o inst_z 80._o serve_v or_o intend_v not_o to_o serve_v or_o shall_v &c._n &c._n pass_v over_o the_o sea_n and_o there_o shall_v voluntary_o serve_v so_o if_o he_o pass_v over_o the_o sea_n upon_o some_o other_o occasion_n and_o not_o with_o a_o intent_n to_o serve_v a_o foreign_a prince_n etc._n etc._n yet_o if_o when_o he_o be_v there_o he_o voluntary_o serve_v he_o and_o do_v not_o before_o
