be_v a_o enemy_n all_o the_o time_n thou_o have_v thy_o health_n and_o waste_v in_o thy_o uttermost_a prosperity_n it_o be_v time_n for_o thou_o then_o to_o fall_v down_o and_o make_v peace_n and_o what_o infinite_a cause_n have_v thou_o to_o wonder_v that_o thou_o be_v not_o utter_o destroy_v and_o therefore_o reason_n to_o submit_v unto_o he_o but_o yet_o it_o be_v a_o weakness_n in_o the_o saint_n and_o a_o temptation_n often_o to_o judge_v of_o god_n deal_n thus_o and_o to_o think_v that_o every_o time_n god_n appear_v against_o they_o as_o if_o he_o be_v in_o hatred_n as_o the_o dare_v not_o think_v that_o god_n come_v in_o a_o way_n of_o hatred_n and_o enmity_n yet_o there_o be_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o displeasure_n for_o my_o sin_n and_o it_o be_v that_o that_o make_v it_o grievous_a to_o i_o and_o mark_v even_o this_o that_o be_v threaten_v to_o ely_n it_o be_v threaten_v for_o his_o sin_n and_o yet_o he_o fall_v down_o and_o submit_v and_o say_v it_o be_v the_o lord_n let_v he_o do_v what_o seem_v he_o good_a yea_o and_o we_o find_v the_o servant_n of_o god_n when_o they_o apprehend_v god_n appear_v against_o their_o sin_n that_o consideration_n do_v quiet_v they_o god_n that_o ever_o we_o read_v of_o and_o yet_o how_o humble_o he_o submit_v if_o he_o say_v i_o have_v no_o delight_n in_o he_o behold_v here_o i_o be_o let_v he_o do_v what_o seem_v he_o good_a however_o there_o be_v a_o vain_a conceit_n abroad_o in_o the_o world_n as_o if_o god_n chastise_v not_o his_o people_n for_o sin_n at_o all_o yet_o certain_o the_o people_n of_o god_n that_o walk_v close_o with_o god_n they_o find_v there_o be_v a_o chastisement_n and_o a_o fatherly_a displeasure_n though_o not_o the_o revenge_n of_o a_o judge_n and_o certain_o there_o can_v be_v no_o argument_n take_v from_o the_o absolute_a satisfaction_n of_o christ_n to_o prove_v that_o there_o be_v no_o chastisement_n for_o sin_n for_o christ_n do_v satisfy_v as_o full_o for_o david_n and_o ely_n that_o be_v under_o the_o law_n they_o have_v the_o satisfaction_n of_o christ_n perfect_a as_o well_o as_o you_o will_v it_o have_v be_v do_v you_o think_v a_o good_a argument_n then_o that_o if_o god_n chastise_v for_o sin_n he_o do_v not_o do_v just_o because_o christ_n satisfy_v god_n justice_n why_o do_v not_o christ_n satisfy_v god_n justice_n then_o it_o be_v not_o a_o good_a argument_n then_o certain_o it_o be_v not_o so_o now_o and_o for_o the_o new_a testament_n you_o be_v chastise_v of_o the_o lord_n that_o you_o may_v not_o be_v condemn_v with_o the_o world_n 1_o cor._n 11._o 32._o but_o i_o will_v give_v you_o one_o other_o scripture_n and_o that_o be_v be_v the_o epistle_n of_o james_n 5._o 14_o 15._o be_v any_o sick_a among_o you_o let_v he_o call_v for_o the_o elder_n of_o shall_v be_v forgive_v to_o make_v this_o supposition_n and_o yet_o that_o this_o shall_v be_v a_o truth_n that_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o any_o godly_a people_n to_o be_v afflict_a for_o their_o be_v naught_o as_o there_o be_v many_o kind_n of_o meat_n which_o you_o may_v not_o eat_v all_o of_o they_o and_o a_o child_n who_o must_v either_o have_v all_o or_o none_o you_o will_v not_o give_v it_o meat_n that_o have_v something_o mingle_v with_o it_o that_o be_v naught_o because_o he_o know_v not_o how_o to_o pick_v it_o out_o but_o now_o one_o that_o have_v understanding_n he_o know_v man_n look_v upon_o what_o they_o enjoy_v only_o but_o in_o a_o way_n of_o general_a providence_n now_o a_o gracious_a heart_n look_v upon_o what_o he_o enjoy_v by_o the_o word_n of_o the_o promise_n the_o word_n of_o the_o covenant_n that_o give_v he_o a_o sanctify_a use_n and_o through_o the_o power_n of_o this_o word_n he_o come_v to_o know_v how_o to_o be_v full_a and_o use_v all_o his_o abundance_n in_o a_o right_a way_n so_o that_o the_o way_n he_o take_v for_o the_o make_v use_n of_o his_o fullness_n it_o be_v when_o god_n bless_v he_o present_o to_o exercise_v faith_n in_o the_o word_n in_o the_o promise_n to_o look_v into_o the_o covenant_n godliness_n have_v the_o promise_n of_o the_o thing_n of_o this_o life_n and_o of_o that_o which_o be_v to_o come_v and_o so_o he_o come_v to_o make_v use_n of_o the_o promise_n and_o improve_v it_o by_o faith_n and_o so_o come_v to_o have_v a_o sanctify_a use_n and_o improvement_n of_o all_o the_o good_a thing_n that_o he_o do_v enjoy_v in_o this_o world_n be_v not_o this_o a_o mystery_n to_o most_o rich_a man_n do_v it_o put_v they_o upon_o prayer_n more_o than_o before_o and_o upon_o the_o exercise_n of_o faith_n in_o the_o word_n more_o than_o before_o one_o that_o be_v godly_a never_o pray_v more_o than_o when_o god_n do_v prosper_v he_o in_o this_o world_n it_o be_v usual_a for_o man_n to_o pray_v much_o in_o time_n of_o affliction_n in_o their_o affliction_n they_o will_v seek_v i_o early_o ay_o but_o that_o be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o carnal_a heart_n but_o now_o a_o godly_a man_n when_o god_n prosper_v he_o he_o see_v cause_n to_o pray_v most_o then_o i_o it_o be_v for_o poor_a people_n to_o live_v by_o faith_n that_o have_v nothing_o in_o the_o world_n you_o will_v think_v it_o be_v fit_a for_o they_o to_o believe_v and_o trust_v in_o god_n i_o but_o a_o godly_a man_n use_v the_o more_o faith_n when_o he_o have_v the_o most_o in_o the_o world_n that_o be_v a_o good_a way_n in_o the_o mystery_n of_o know_v how_o to_o be_v full_a and_o then_o a_o five_o way_n in_o the_o mystery_n of_o know_v how_o to_o be_v full_a be_v this_o a_o godly_a heart_n by_o his_o fullness_n grow_v to_o increase_v his_o humility_n grow_v sensible_a of_o his_o unworthiness_n by_o his_o fullness_n now_o this_o be_v a_o way_n of_o mystery_n too_o it_o be_v a_o good_a thing_n for_o a_o man_n to_o have_v humility_n together_o with_o his_o fullness_n but_o to_o have_v humility_n by_o his_o fullness_n this_o be_v a_o very_a great_a mystery_n it_o be_v a_o rare_a thing_n to_o see_v humble_a prosperity_n but_o to_o see_v a_o man_n humble_a by_o his_o prosperity_n this_o be_v rare_a indeed_o affliction_n will_v humble_v man_n that_o be_v true_a every_o one_o can_v understand_v that_o but_o how_o prosperity_n shall_v humble_v man_n that_o be_v very_o hard_a to_o understand_v i_o will_v give_v you_o a_o clear_a scripture_n for_o this_o how_o prosperity_n will_v humble_v a_o gracious_a heart_n it_o be_v in_o
