the_o sacrament_n minister_v &_o alm_n to_o be_v bestow_v and_o of_o these_o church_n we_o think_v very_o honourable_o and_o therefore_o glad_o call_v they_o the_o church_n or_o house_n of_o god_n &_o of_o christ_n and_o aught_o in_o no_o wise_a to_o be_v profane_v as_o i_o have_v already_o else_o where_o sufficient_o teach_v the._n xxxij_o question_n whether_o they_o believe_v that_o it_o be_v good_a and_o godly_a to_o light_v up_o candle_n before_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o altar_n and_o the_o image_n and_o relic_n of_o saint_n the_o answer_n the_o use_n of_o candle_n be_v necessary_a church_n in_o the_o church_n in_o the_o night_n time_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o darkness_n as_o in_o the_o morning_n before_o day_n etc_n etc_n and_o after_o this_o sort_n do_v the_o apostle_n use_v they_o oh_o lord_n vouchsafe_v to_o consecrate_v and_o sanctify_v these_o hand_n by_o this_o ointment_n and_o through_o our_o blessing_n that_o what_o soever_o they_o bless_v may_v be_v bless_v and_o what_o so_o ever_o they_o consecrate_v or_o hallow_v may_v be_v consecrate_v or_o hallow_v etc_n etc_n and_o again_o receive_v thou_o power_n to_o offer_v sacrifice_n to_o god_n and_o to_o say_v do_v consecrate_v and_o the_o apostle_n do_v not_o use_v this_o form_n of_o consecration_n which_o the_o romish_a church_n use_v but_o in_o the_o reform_a church_n minister_n of_o the_o gospel_n the_o minister_n be_v ordain_v by_o election_n and_o by_o lay_v on_o of_o hand_n and_o the_o prayer_n of_o the_o congregation_n according_a to_o the_o doctrine_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o apostle_n and_o therefore_o we_o do_v not_o put_v the_o efficacy_n or_o force_n of_o the_o sacrament_n in_o the_o power_n deed_n or_o word_n of_o the_o minister_n but_o in_o god_n his_o institution_n power_n and_o word_n and_o because_o god_n have_v command_v that_o baptism_n and_o the_o lord_n supper_n shall_v be_v administer_v by_o they_o we_o steadfast_o believe_v that_o when_o the_o minister_n do_v recite_v the_o word_n and_o institution_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o the_o congregation_n do_v reverent_o obey_v the_o word_n and_o ordinance_n of_o god_n that_o then_o the_o lord_n himself_o be_v present_a at_o his_o institution_n and_o ordinance_n make_v the_o same_o effectual_a by_o his_o holy_a spirit_n which_o thing_n the_o faithful_a do_v chief_o regard_n and_o hereof_o we_o have_v else_o where_o more_o large_o write_v the._n xliij_o question_n whether_o there_o be_v not_o as_o much_o comprehend_v under_o the_o element_n of_o bread_n as_o under_o the_o two_o element_n of_o bread_n and_o wine_n so_o belong_v only_o to_o the_o priest_n and_o that_o neither_o the_o one_o nor_o the_o other_o kind_n of_o the_o sacrament_n ought_v to_o be_v give_v to_o the_o laity_n for_o the_o priest_n do_v very_o ill_o and_o without_o all_o authority_n give_v those_o thing_n to_o the_o laity_n which_o christ_n give_v only_o to_o themselves_o but_o this_o be_v a_o detestable_a say_n but_o the_o doctrine_n of_o
