hold_v back_o thy_o own_o and_o for_o wise_a and_o good_a end_n stop_v some_o stream_n of_o thy_o free_a bounty_n towards_o i_o and_o let_v this_o uncertainty_n o_o god_n of_o the_o dear_a worldly_a comfort_n teach_v i_o to_o fix_v my_o heart_n on_o joy_n which_o will_v never_o fade_v or_o perish_v to_o take_v more_o comfort_n in_o thyself_o and_o to_o look_v for_o less_o in_o all_o earthly_a thing_n oh_o be_v thou_o my_o desire_n and_o my_o heart_n delight_n and_o let_v a_o good_a conscience_n be_v my_o treasure_n and_o integrity_n my_o joy_n and_o these_o will_v stick_v to_o i_o till_o death_n and_o follow_v i_o beyond_o it_o and_o give_v i_o rest_n in_o thy_o presence_n and_o pleasure_n for_o evermore_o through_o my_o dear_a lord_n and_o saviour_n jesus_n christ._n amen_o 2._o let_v not_o my_o grief_n exceed_v o_o lord_n or_o be_v obstinate_a against_o thought_n or_o word_n of_o comfort_n because_o 23._o i_o can_v bring_v he_o child_n back_o again_o and_o because_o it_o can_v not_o benefit_v he_o but_o will_v much_o hurt_v i_o and_o make_v i_o consider_v which_o alas_o i_o ought_v thoroly_a to_o have_v consider_v soon_o that_o although_o he_o be_v a_o very_a dear_a and_o great_a yet_o he_o be_v only_o a_o mortal_a comfort_n who_o life_n will_v be_v sure_a to_o fail_v though_o his_o friendship_n shall_v not_o i_o know_v my_o tenure_n be_v only_o to_o hold_v he_o as_o thy_o giâ—t_v and_o to_o part_v with_o he_o again_o at_o thy_o pleasure_n and_o that_o as_o we_o have_v the_o comfort_n of_o enjoy_v dear_a friend_n or_o relation_n here_o so_o we_o must_v be_v content_a too_o to_o have_v the_o trouble_n and_o sorrow_n of_o part_v with_o they_o and_o now_o lord_n when_o thou_o have_v take_v he_o i_o know_v that_o he_o be_v more_o thou_o than_o he_o be_v i_o and_o that_o thou_o have_v the_o best_a claim_n to_o he_o and_o when_o thou_o take_v he_o from_o i_o thou_o take_v he_o to_o thyself_o be_v an_o i_o trust_v thy_o take_v he_o be_v to_o his_o unspeakable_a joy_n though_o it_o be_v to_o my_o sorrow_n and_o that_o with_o thou_o he_o be_v now_o infinite_o better_a than_o he_o be_v or_o can_v be_v here_o yea_o that_o thou_o have_v take_v he_o to_o that_o place_n where_o by_o thy_o mercy_n i_o also_o hope_v to_o come_v and_o whither_o in_o my_o order_n thou_o will_v likewise_o take_v i_o in_o thy_o due_a time_n so_o that_o thy_o grace_n o_o from_o all_o worldly_a temptation_n and_o our_o comfort_n be_v to_o hope_n that_o he_o be_v now_o at_o rest_n from_o labour_n and_o have_v cease_v from_o sin_n and_o shame_n that_o he_o be_v now_o ease_v of_o pain_n and_o be_v above_o misfortune_n and_o have_v find_v a_o cure_n for_o all_o his_o sorrow_n have_v grief_n and_o care_n for_o ever_o banish_v from_o his_o heart_n and_o 4._o all_o tear_n wipe_v away_o from_o his_o eye_n and_o that_o he_o be_v go_v from_o the_o vale_n of_o misery_n to_o the_o region_n of_o joy_n and_o from_o converse_v with_o we_o to_o live_v with_o thou_o and_o the_o bless_a jesus_n and_o to_o be_v a_o companion_n of_o saint_n and_o angel_n let_v not self_o love_n then_o o_o lord_n and_o the_o sense_n of_o my_o own_o loss_n make_v i_o repine_v at_o that_o change_n which_o i_o take_v to_o be_v his_o happiness_n let_v not_o that_o which_o i_o hope_n do_v high_o please_v he_o displease_v i_o nor_o let_v i_o refuse_v comfort_n because_o i_o trust_v he_o be_v take_v for_o ever_o to_o be_v fill_v with_o it_o his_o death_n i_o humble_o hope_v be_v the_o joy_n of_o saint_n and_o angel_n and_o the_o envy_n and_o grief_n of_o evil_a spirit_n who_o see_v amen_o 4._o a_o prayer_n when_o any_o person_n feed_v impatience_n and_o fix_v themselves_o in_o grief_n by_o surmize_v that_o god_n be_v angry_a at_o they_o when_o he_o take_v away_o their_o friend_n o_o bless_a lord_n let_v not_o i_o make_v it_o a_o pretence_n for_o my_o impatience_n that_o this_o loss_n come_v as_o thy_o visitation_n for_o my_o sin_n or_o grieve_v obstinate_o as_o fancy_v that_o thou_o take_v away_o my_o friend_n here_o depart_v out_o of_o anger_n and_o displeasure_n against_o i_o for_o thou_o o_o god_n have_v many_o other_o end_v to_o look_v at_o beside_o what_o concern_v i_o in_o these_o matter_n and_o these_o providence_n touch_v our_o friend_n themselves_o direct_o and_o principal_o and_o reach_v we_o only_o by_o the_o by_o and_o when_o in_o mere_a love_n and_o kindness_n unto_o they_o thou_o will_v call_v they_o to_o thyself_o that_o must_v unavoidable_o take_v they_o away_o from_o we_o but_o if_o in_o this_o change_n thou_o do_v show_v displeasure_n against_o i_o for_o my_o sin_n lord_n teach_v i_o that_o it_o be_v my_o part_n humble_o to_o submit_v myself_o to_o thou_o and_o not_o to_o be_v angry_a or_o impatient_a under_o thy_o correction_n of_o i_o but_o to_o 41._o accept_v my_o loss_n with_o quietness_n as_o the_o punishment_n of_o my_o iniquity_n and_o that_o whilst_o thou_o be_v remove_a my_o blessing_n because_o of_o my_o great_a ununworthyness_n and_o unthankfullness_n under_o they_o i_o have_v the_o more_o need_n to_o show_v myself_o thankful_a for_o any_o that_o be_v still_o continue_v to_o i_o and_o to_o give_v up_o my_o will_n in_o all_o thing_n to_o thou_o to_o serve_v and_o please_v thou_o through_o our_o dear_a lord_n and_o saviour_n jesus_n christ._n amen_o 5._o a_o prayer_n when_o these_o loss_n come_v close_o one_o upon_o another_o and_o although_o these_o affect_a loss_n come_v thick_a upon_o i_o o_o father_n yet_o i_o know_v all_o this_o be_v for_o a_o great_a trial_n of_o my_o patience_n and_o i_o be_o sensible_a that_o i_o have_v enough_o and_o abundant_o too_o much_o in_o i_o that_o needs_o to_o be_v punish_v thereby_o and_o that_o thou_o have_v wise_a and_o kind_a reason_n â—now_v thus_o to_o
