thou_o have_v call_v i_o into_o the_o communion_n of_o thy_o church_n and_o people_n who_o hereby_o i_o perceive_v thou_o have_v command_v to_o be_v as_o careful_a for_o i_o as_o for_o themselves_o and_o in_o all_o their_o prayer_n to_o be_v as_o mindful_a of_o i_o as_o of_o themselves_o again_o as_o by_o this_o word_n father_n i_o be_o teach_v to_o remember_v and_o render_v my_o duty_n i_o owe_v to_o thou_o ward_n faith_n love_n fear_v obedience_n etc_n etc_n so_o by_o this_o word_n our_o i_o be_o teach_v my_o duty_n towards_o thy_o people_n to_o be_v careful_a of_o they_o and_o to_o take_v their_o sorrow_n poverty_n affliction_n etc_n etc_n as_o my_o own_o and_o therefore_o to_o labour_v to_o help_v they_o in_o heart_n and_o hand_n after_o my_o vocation_n and_o ability_n utter_o abhor_v all_o pride_n self-love_n arrogancy_n and_o contempt_n of_o any_o by_o reason_n whereof_o i_o have_v great_a cause_n to_o lament_v and_o to_o rejoice_v to_o lament_v because_o i_o be_o so_o far_o from_o consideration_n much_o more_o from_o do_v my_o duty_n to_o thy_o people_n in_o thought_n word_n and_o deed_n to_o rejoice_v because_o i_o be_o call_v of_o thou_o and_o place_v in_o the_o for_o else_o i_o can_v not_o but_o be_v otherwise_o affect_v and_o otherwise_o labour_n than_o i_o do_v oh_o be_v merciful_a unto_o i_o good_a father_n forgive_v i_o and_o grant_v for_o christ_n sake_n that_o as_o my_o tongue_n sound_v this_o word_n our_o so_o i_o may_v in_o heart_n feel_v the_o true_a joy_n of_o thy_o bless_a communion_n and_o the_o true_a love_n and_o compassion_n which_o thy_o child_n have_v and_o feel_v towards_o their_o brethren_n that_o i_o may_v rejoice_v in_o all_o trouble_n in_o respect_n of_o that_o joyful_a communion_n that_o i_o may_v deny_v myself_o to_o heavenly_a benefit_n and_o not_o by_o corporal_n simple_o and_o alone_o for_o oftentimes_o the_o wicked_a prosper_v more_o in_o the_o world_n and_o have_v more_o worldly_a benefit_n than_o thy_o child_n so_o that_o by_o this_o i_o see_v thou_o will_v pull_v up_o my_o mind_n from_o earth_n and_o earthly_a thing_n to_o heaven_n and_o heavenly_a thing_n and_o that_o i_o shall_v see_v further_o by_o corporal_a benefit_n thy_o heavenly_a providence_n for_o i_o for_o if_o thou_o place_v i_o thus_o on_o earth_n and_o thus_o bless_v i_o as_o thou_o do_v and_o hitherto_o have_v do_v from_o my_o youth_n up_o in_o that_o thou_o be_v nothing_o so_o careful_a for_o my_o body_n as_o for_o my_o soul_n how_o shall_v i_o but_o think_v much_o of_o thy_o providence_n for_o it_o be_v thy_o home_n earthly_a mind_v so_o little_a desirous_a of_o my_o home_n so_o unthankful_a for_o thy_o providence_n and_o fatherly_a protection_n here_o on_o earth_n to_o rejoice_v because_o of_o my_o home_n and_o the_o great_a glory_n thereof_o because_o thou_o do_v so_o provide_v for_o i_o here_o because_o thou_o do_v so_o correct_v and_o chasten_v i_o etc_n etc_n but_o alas_o i_o be_o altogether_o a_o wretch_n earthly_a and_o unthankful_a not_o only_o for_o these_o corporal_a benefit_n health_n riches_n friend_n fame_n wisdom_n etc_n etc_n for_o thy_o fatherly_a correction_n sickness_n temptation_n etc_n etc_n but_o also_o for_o thy_o heavenly_a benefit_n for_o christ_n jesus_n for_o the_o promise_n of_o thy_o spirit_n for_o thy_o gospel_n etc_n etc_n yea_o even_o for_o heaven_n itself_o and_o thy_o whole_a glory_n 106._o as_o the_o israelite_n be_v for_o the_o land_n of_o canaan_n and_o therefore_o never_o enjoy_v it_o but_o perish_v in_o the_o wilderness_n i_o be_o proud_a in_o prosperity_n and_o forget_v thou_o wax_v secure_a and_o careless_a i_o be_o impatient_a in_o the_o cross_n and_o too_o much_o consider_v worldly_a discommodity_n oh_o dear_a father_n forgive_v i_o destruction_n and_o desolation_n to_o be_v at_o hand_n unless_o we_o speedy_o repent_v and_o turn_v to_o thou_o because_o we_o have_v be_v so_o long_o teach_v out_o of_o thy_o most_o holy_a and_o sacred_a word_n &_o yet_o no_o fruit_n of_o repentance_n or_o christian_a life_n will_v appear_v woe_n and_o alas_o to_o these_o our_o day_n that_o neither_o preach_n by_o word_n most_o comfortable_a nor_o preach_v by_o fire_n most_o terrible_a nor_o preach_v by_o monster_n most_o strange_a and_o ugly_a neither_o yet_o by_o plague_n and_o pestilence_n most_o horrible_a will_v stir_v up_o our_o stony_a heart_n and_o awake_v we_o from_o our_o sin_n we_o fear_v oh_o lord_n that_o the_o turk_n with_o all_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o unbelieve_a will_v condemn_v we_o in_o the_o last_o day_n which_o if_o they_o have_v be_v so_o long_o instruct_v by_o the_o comfortable_a preach_n of_o thy_o word_n and_o sweet_a promise_n of_o thy_o gospel_n or_o see_v the_o wonder_n which_o we_o have_v see_v no_o doubt_n their_o righteousness_n will_v have_v shine_v at_o this_o day_n to_o our_o great_a shame_n and_o confusion_n thou_o have_v no_o less_o warn_v we_o oh_o lord_n of_o thy_o fearful_a displeasure_n &_o heavy_a plague_n at_o hand_n for_o our_o great_a wickedness_n than_o thou_o
