pass_v with_o so_o much_o reputation_n on_o the_o side_n of_o the_o republic_n as_o they_o can_v not_o expect_v more_o but_o the_o time_n now_o counsel_v they_o to_o consider_v the_o danger_n &_o damage_n which_o may_v ensue_v for_o the_o time_n to_o come_v such_o as_o all_o the_o world_n abhor_v as_o contrary_o the_o agreement_n be_v universal_o desire_v wherefore_o it_o be_v not_o fit_a to_o monitory_a of_o the_o pope_n upon_o condition_n that_o his_o holiness_n will_v do_v as_o much_o with_o his_o monitory_n and_o with_o the_o censure_n for_o four_o or_o six_o month_n during_o which_o time_n they_o may_v treat_v of_o the_o merit_n of_o the_o law_n that_o be_v question_v and_o here_o he_o she_o that_o the_o suspension_n of_o the_o law_n be_v a_o thing_n that_o may_v be_v easy_o yield_v because_o the_o law_n be_v prohibitive_a the_o observation_n whereof_o consist_v in_o not_o do_v that_o which_o they_o forbid_v a_o suspension_n of_o they_o can_v not_o bring_v any_o be_v that_o the_o prisoner_n may_v be_v render_v without_o prejudice_n to_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o republic_n that_o the_o religious_a go_v out_o of_o venice_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o interdict_v may_v return_v and_o the_o pope_n will_v suspend_v the_o monitory_a for_o some_o time_n but_o the_o ambassador_n pass_v light_o over_o this_o proposition_n say_v that_o it_o be_v not_o the_o contrary_a he_o have_v do_v he_o desire_v they_o further_a to_o consider_v that_o it_o be_v necessary_a to_o give_v some_o apparent_a occasion_n unto_o the_o pope_n that_o he_o may_v retract_v because_o it_o be_v never_o hear_v that_o a_o pope_n have_v revoke_v his_o bull_n except_v at_o constance_n by_o authority_n of_o the_o council_n that_o if_o it_o seem_v indecent_a and_o against_o the_o custom_n of_o the_o republic_n to_o correct_v their_o law_n at_o the_o instance_n of_o the_o pope_n or_o to_o render_v prisoner_n upon_o his_o demand_n for_o these_o thing_n may_v be_v find_v continuation_n of_o these_o difference_n they_o prefer_v with_o one_o joint_a consent_n before_o all_o other_o respect_n the_o preservation_n of_o their_o liberty_n which_o without_o doubt_n have_v
