office_n this_o be_v well_o do_v and_o such_o officer_n be_v to_o be_v cherish_v and_o reward_v by_o this_o minister_n but_o do_v any_o neglect_v the_o proper_a duty_n of_o their_o ministration_n give_v themselves_o to_o do_v other_o thing_n rather_o and_o leave_v they_o to_o be_v do_v by_o other_o this_o be_v evil_n do_v in_o such_o officer_n and_o they_o be_v to_o be_v punish_v by_o this_o minister_n last_o do_v any_o christian_n of_o what_o sort_n or_o condition_n soever_o believe_v according_a to_o the_o instruction_n of_o god_n word_n and_o live_v in_o their_o life_n and_o conversation_n according_o this_o be_v well_o do_v and_o such_o be_v to_o be_v cherish_v and_o defend_v by_o this_o minister_n but_o do_v any_o refuse_v to_o believe_v according_a to_o wholesome_a doctrine_n or_o to_o live_v in_o life_n and_o conversation_n according_a to_o god_n commandment_n this_o be_v evil_n do_v and_o such_o be_v to_o be_v punish_v by_o this_o minister_n as_o for_o evil_a doer_n thus_o have_v brief_o show_v the_o thing_n most_o evident_a in_o this_o scripture_n i_o proceed_v to_o a_o yet_o further_o open_v of_o this_o scripture_n unto_o you_o you_o see_v here_o that_o prince_n who_o office_n proper_o it_o be_v to_o bear_v the_o sword_n and_o to_o receive_v tribute_n be_v declare_v by_o the_o apostle_n to_o be_v god_n minister_n for_o so_o the_o apostle_n say_v he_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n for_o thy_o wealth_n and_o again_o he_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n to_o take_v vengeance_n on_o he_o that_o do_v evil_a now_o prince_n bear_v the_o sword_n and_o receive_v tribute_n be_v king_n or_o independent_a power_n or_o state_n who_o god_n not_o any_o bishop_n nor_o the_o church_n order_v to_o this_o independency_n or_o sovereignty_n in_o power_n for_o so_o the_o apostle_n will_v have_v we_o to_o understand_v when_o he_o say_v there_o be_v no_o power_n but_o of_o god_n therefore_o whosoever_o resist_v the_o power_n resist_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o they_o that_o resist_v shall_v receive_v to_o themselves_o judgement_n and_o it_o be_v the_o apostle_n strong_a argument_n that_o because_o prince_n be_v allow_v of_o by_o god_n as_o for_o to_o salvation_n to_o believe_v of_o the_o sovereign_a king_n and_o prince_n which_o the_o gospel_n find_v among_o the_o gentile_n that_o god_n accept_v of_o they_o as_o for_o his_o king_n to_o
