admit_v that_o god_n alone_o have_v the_o royalty_n over_o conscience_n but_o than_o it_o must_v be_v add_v that_o god_n by_o that_o power_n which_o he_o have_v over_o the_o conscience_n do_v also_o bind_v it_o to_o the_o observation_n of_o humane_a law_n for_o we_o do_v not_o pretend_v that_o the_o law_n of_o man_n bound_v it_o by_o their_o own_o strength_n but_o that_o it_o be_v bind_v to_o
