constitution_n order_n and_o ordinance_n as_o to_o they_o or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o be_v then_o and_o there_o present_a shall_v seem_v necessary_a and_o convenient_a for_o the_o good_a and_o levy_v the_o same_o to_o their_o own_o use_n without_o the_o impediment_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n or_o of_o any_o the_o officer_n or_o minister_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n and_o without_o any_o account_n therefore_o to_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n to_o be_v render_v or_o make_v all_o and_o singular_a which_o law_n constitution_n order_n and_o ordinance_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v make_v we_o will_v to_o be_v due_o observe_v and_o keep_v land_n all_o which_o by-law_n shall_v be_v keep_v etc._n etc._n if_o approve_v by_o a_o general_n
