medicine_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o use_v the_o art_n or_o mystery_n of_o a_o apothecary_n or_o druggist_n or_o the_o trade_n or_o craft_n of_o a_o distiller_n preparer_n or_o seller_n of_o water_n oil_n or_o medicine_n or_o that_o shall_v put_v or_o set_v to_o sale_n any_o stuffe_n drug_n water_n oil_n medicine_n or_o other_o thing_n whatsoever_o apt_a fit_a or_o use_v for_o medicine_n either_o simple_a or_o compound_v within_o the_o aforesaid_a city_n and_o suburb_n of_o london_n or_o within_o seven_o mile_n from_o the_o same_o and_o if_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o summon_v or_o warn_v as_o aforesaid_a upon_o reasonable_a summons_n and_o garnishment_n to_o he_o or_o they_o in_o that_o behalf_n make_v have_v no_o medicine_n for_o the_o health_n of_o man_n body_n or_o that_o any_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o summon_v and_o appeare_v as_o aforesaid_a then_o or_o of_o late_a have_v make_v or_o compound_v or_o deliver_v out_o any_o medicine_n either_o simple_a or_o compound_v differ_v from_o and_o not_o agreeable_a in_o name_n etc._n nature_n and_o quantity_n unto_o the_o prescript_n or_o direction_n deliver_v unto_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n before_o the_o make_v compound_v or_o delivery_n of_o the_o say_a medicine_n then_o the_o say_a precedent_n and_o censor_n or_o vice-president_n custody_n in_o such_o prison_n or_o prison_n whereof_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v then_o be_v warden_n goaler_n or_o keeper_n all_o and_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o by_o virtue_n of_o
