imply_v or_o express_v in_o most_o of_o the_o statute_n or_o their_o preamble_n viz._n preamb._n viz._n note_v that_o these_o word_n viz._n for_o the_o defence_n of_o the_o realm_n or_o common_a profit_n be_v afore_o insert_v â—ither_o in_o the_o stat._n themselves_o or_o in_o their_o preamb._n in_o these_o wotd_n for_o the_o honour_n of_o god_n the_o church_n common_a profit_n of_o the_o
